you know i really don't think Bale will go, the financial pluses spurs get with keeping bale is huge and the deals he has signed are pretty big and are based around him being in the premier league. If he moves these will be cancelled and i think his rep will be hit a bit with this at least with advertisers.I also don't think he will put in a transfer request as he doesn't want to annoy anyone spurs related so i think this points him to staying.

My take on it is this.

If Bale has stated he wouldn't force through a move that means

If Levy didn't want to cash in he doesn't have to.

He dug in with Modric

I feel theres too much focus on the player and agents role in this.

More focus needs to be applied to Levy and the board.

Here's the rest of gards recent stuff i.e. posted in the last hour:

Bale wont force a move, RM still have not made a bid but Bale would go if the opportunity came! We need to set a deadline on this asap!
@Gards44 sadly this is gonna drag on until last week of window. Leaving us in a bit of a situation.
@craig_dw No chance! that wont happen!
@Adam79Suter @gards44 you both know full well the media are gonna go fucking mental if/when he doesn't play tomorrow against Monaco though
@matthull5 @Adam79Suter He has a knock so dont read into it to much!
@Gards44 is he travelling to Monaco?
@Joelyid I am going to ask now!

This whole £85 - £150m business is a pile of poo. Madrid won't be offering anything like that for Bale. It's pretty disgusting actually that they're allowed to hound a club via the press with such a pile of codswallop whilst simultaneously lowballing the club with pathetic offers. How on earth they're allowed to get away with it is truly astonishing. They honestly believe that it's their devine right to sign every great footballer that ever lived. Grrrrr  I really hope that DL really has told them to go **** themselves.

Rant over... :D

I cant see Levy selling unless its a world record deal. Real offered similar for Ronaldo to get him so if they do want Bale they have no choice but pay up or forget it.

Call me deluded but at the rate we're progressing, it won't be the end of the world if they don't come back for him next summer (assuming he stays now). We are getting stronger and stronger, and with him staying the current team can start to take big steps forward.

Hows it going Del?

should set his sights higher anyway:

Messi Neymar Bale

jesus wept, i plan to watch every Barca game this season but that would just be outrageous

though Ronaldo, Bale and Isco in the same team is pretty sweet too

Re Ryan's news, if that is the case then you can see why we are all in limbo. Until Madrid officially put an offer in nothing will happen. So yes, we need to put a deadline on it in some respects but that might come off to Bale as us being too aggressive. This could easily rumble on until the last day of the window.

If it does though I guess we can turn them down on the basis that it would be too late to get a replacement in.

In my opinion this is all still agent driven. Who was likely to have been in that meeting. GB, AVB and JB. The only person leaking info from that meeting is JB. It's agenda driven from him and from Real Madrid. All bollocks still in my opinion.

Of course GB wants to play from Real Madrid. One of the biggest clubs in the world. But he won;t force a move and we won;t sell him..yet

Completing a transfer for Bale first will price us out of signing any other quality players for the next 3 years as clubs will know we have the money.

It happened to UTD when they sold Ronaldo.

Money changes all mindsets at the end of the day. If we made Bale the highest paid player in the prem and more than real would be willing to offer he'd soon come out and say he has not intention of leaving his boyhood club:ROFLMAO:

there's no true loyalty in this game, and that works both ways really

The only loyalty I believe is when a player has reached the pinnacle of his career at a club like ours and they claim they are loyal, yes because they can only move sideways or downwards so it suits them to say it. But Bale,Lloris maybe one or two more if they say they are loyal then they are talking bullshit because they can clearly better themselves. Bale's silence has clearly deafened the football world.

Sorry, just to explain that I disagreed with the incomings. I don't see the long-term risk of replacing Bale's wage with that of THREE "top quality players" being a realistic one. It's an exciting thought, but I don't see it happening.

One marquee signing to attempt to appease rightfully aggrieved supporters plus one or two up-and-comings (Holtby level), maybe more realistic.

I dont think any of us can second guess whats realistic right now, who would of thought that Levy would splash out 26 mil on a 28 year old (thank god he did tho). So with this in mind I certainly wouldnt rule out quality players like Lamela and Bernard for example coming in, they would cost alot in fee's but wages wouldnt be through the roof.

Real Madrid cannot afford Bale they want to bid a low ball bid. If Bale leaves this summer I do not see it being for more than 60 million. The fact is Spurs haven't reacted like they don't want to sell if we did we would report Real Madrid.

SOLUTION:

Loan Bale to Madrid til January, he fulfils his dream, realises it's like a foreign country, gets to come back and play for Andre. We'll get by til then and he can come back to spearhead the title run in.

Only half joking.

I have some details of the conversation between AVB and Bale. Bale did express his desire to leave. He also said he would not force it though. He made it clear to AVB that the decision is based upon his willingness to join Real Madrid as this could be his only chance to.

He also expressed a desire to work with AVB again one day.

Sorry guys, but this is a real good source and I dont want this put on twitter

As i said the other day. Bale also told Levy he wants to leave but Levy said no! So unless DL has changed his mind he's not going anywhere. It's also true he will not force the move even though another team mate has told him to hand in a transfer request! Can't mention the player on here but has been passed on to our mods.

Ghostofarmo's last post was that we want 150 Million for Bale and that his info was from the "top table".

Now Ghostofarmo says he's gone for 85 Million.

Huge discrepancies in his last two pieces of ITK regarding Bale.

His only 2 pieces!
