Bale could stay and get injured a la Kaboul and Sandro ...bye bye title aspirations, and no big money next season that is a real risk if he stayed, on the other hand signs for RM and it happens.....they look sick! It would serve em right for tapping him up not that I wish injury on anyone! That risk must figure in Levys thought process.....
Suarez, is a real sh1t, but he is also an amazing footballer, sign him and immediately stuff of our closest rivals at once.
In pure football quality terms he is the closest to Bale as a player of all the names out there
On the pitch,He would link up amazingly with our midfield and strikers

Have I stumbled onto RAWK. Everybody is posting like they are inbred mutants and we're talking about Suarez.

I guess so. My mistake. Carry on.

Right I hate Suarez but if we signed him????? I hate the little shit it will surely divide opinion, one thing for sure he is the only guy I can think of potentially available that could equal Bale going. I wouldn't admit it to a Liverpool fan but Suarez could perhaps bring more to our squad than Bale does. For your information I want Bale to stay.

I thought your point was he would want to make profit on Suarez if we signed him now. Apologies, your sentence structure (?) confused me, I re-read it a few times and understand now.
ah ok, maybe my rush in typing while standing on a packed tube, SC reading is keeping my mind off the lady with a bad BO prob!

I cant say how i know but ai know our interest in Suarez is 100% genuine and it was reported on (the networking site that shall not be named) that we have bid for him!
Maybe you could tell A&C who your source is in confidence then or you might be in for a roasting if the info isn't anchored to anything or verified;)

To sign an expensive striker after landing Soldado would be ridiculous. We would need a high-level replacement for Bale first, as well as a left-back.
We can't replace Bale player for player. What we need to replace is the goals he scores. We can sign an AM, a winger or a striker. I am fine with anyone that will score 20 goals a season.

I'm actually laughing! Some of you honestly think we're signing Rooney!? You lot need to ease off the Jamaican Woodbine.

One thougt, if Bale was on the market why wouldn't we invite PSG, Monaco, City, Chelsea etc to a bidding war?

It is very odd that there is only one bidder in the market.

I suspect it went rather well. When was the last time a transfer fell because the player failed a medical. And I mean a top transfer with a top player.

Well... I remember when Hargreaves broke his clavicle falling out of the transfer window.

Suarez can pay wide left, wide right, up front or in the hole. On a purely footballing level he would be an absolutely perfect and astonishingly good signing for Tottenham.
