So....

as it currently stands, assuming *ahem!* does one, the options are:-

DM : Roy and Hayley, with Roys mum as backup in case of suspensions/injuries.
Box to Box: Steve and Lloyd, again with Eileen as backup
AM: Rita and Norris, with the lovely Ms Keegan as an option for Europa League/Cup Games......

Not too shabby at all!
Have to take your word for that, cause I have not got a clue what you are talking about....

Bale out.

Willian, Lamela, Coentrao and Alderwield in.

All by 12 please Levy.

Its really fucking selfish of Levy tbh, I mean does he not care? I don't want to rant but its a fucking disgrace.

Some of us have fantasy team deadlines, I need Lamela.

either way we are in a win, win situation. For me I’ll be glad to see the back of this saga, and lets gets down to the new season. If he goes, looking forward the players that come in, which in theory should only improve us than that if Bale stays.

I wouldn't be as upset about loosing Bale if he wasn't British, haveing him at the club is/was something to be very proud of. Not just purely because his skill but also that he came from these shores. No matter how good the Lamela's and Willian's are or will be, that is just not something you can replace.

I can't imagine we will announce Bale is leaving without first securing Willian or Lamela. Maybe Bale has just handed in a transfer request.

Bloody hell! SP is Scott Parker. How can a stadium plan be down to him? unless we are assuming the turfies are real and refusing to move pitches.

Thanks JJ

I will look at the silver lining here, as you said yourself that the replacements will be good. (Coentrao, Lamela, Soldado if I have presumed right)

Fingers crossed for Soldado. I reckon he'd be a great signing

Regarding Ade solo training. I'd have thought that'd be more to do with the fact that he's had three weeks off and will need to be doing intensive fitness routines - rather than any punishment/banishment.

I would like closure. + Mucho dinero / moolah / spondulicks.

Not like a Judas Campbell scenario, compo helps. A bit.

Then onwards and upwards.

Shame if Bale is off this year I was expecting next year, still my main objection in the beginning was that we would be poor if he went but now I'm not so concerned, we've clearly been preparing for his loss and if we get in the additional players being talked about we will have done a pretty good job of it.
a season before I wanted but then I didn't expect the rebuild so soon either.
I'm off on holiday in the early hours tomorrow and will be AFK for a fortnight can't imagine what I'll find when I get back but I'll be wearing my optimistic hat.

If GB is transferred then I will be sad to see him go but think with a couple of extra marquee signings we have the making of a special team. One nice consequence is that everyone else will right us off if he leaves and then hopefully we can pull a few surprises during the season.

Perhaps we're moving quicker than expected with Bale because we have interest in Willian. Can't risk him joining another team in the Prem?

If it is an announcement of a bid being accepted then we must have players lined up to come in otherwise the prices for potential players would be stupidly inflated.

Its a sigh of relief if it does end today, loved having Bale in the team and will be sad for him to go, but its really gone on too long and overcast some fantastic signings for us.

Did you think the 'Stadium Plan' was held up due to him (Bale)...?

It's Parker mate.

Considering that theBale deal is possibly worth £100m, and the Parker deal worth not much, yes I considered that SP stood for Stadium Plan. We are looking for funding for the new stadium; some have suggested that the Bale money could partly contribute.

Parker to QPR has no obvious links to Bale to RM. They play different positions, and RM don't seem to be involved with QPR in any way.

Sorry for GB talk in here, but the SP replies were starting to bug.:cautious:

Parker's holdup is down to him (Parker) as I understood it

How much better is Lamela compared to Willian? Is he? I hear that he scored 15 in 33 games (in a, lets be honest, pretty poor Italian league). Willian on the other hand, doesn't score at all (20 in 140 games from 2007-2013 in an, lets be honest, pretty horrific Ukranian league).

Of course Lamela is young, but they are both massive downgrades from Bale. I am gutted that he is leaving, I really am. I am also very pleased that I got to see him play for us.
