Is it safe…

That was a lovely piece of itk to start the day, would be a sensational bit of business. Hopefully a sign of things to come from the new DoF

Damsgaard would be a great signing. Exactly the type of player we should be looking at. Sampdoria would want big money for him I suspect.

Now it feels like the window has started.

Would love him. Hopefully Hojbjerg gets into his ear, and seeing what Eriksen did for us could inspire him to make the move.

Thank God this is open. I didn't know what to do with myself since the Nuno closed the 4k thread.

On Damsgaard I remember seeing we were sniffing last year.

Looks like a very good player I'm sure Pierre and Christian will guide him well.

Would be lying if I said I knew who he was, but a cursory look suggests he's roughly valued at £40m+ but doesn't appear to be worth that?

I’ve copied below a link from a tactics guy who seems to know all about Damsgaard on Twit………
………?
Not falling for that A&C, I’m going to be on my best behaviour here! What a start to the window if we’re able to pull off the signings of a strong young CB and this kid. He looks like exactly the sort of talent we should be going after, and I’m sure both Hojbjerg and Eriksen (?) will speak well of the club. I feel like it’s going to be an exciting few weeks!!

haven't really seen him play until that peach against russia, then running the show against wales! yes please! and as others as said, we've been tracking him since last season, so don't think it'd be a rushed decision and paratici can only help that surely.

Just watched the obligatory YouTube compilation.......bloody hell, the kid has some skills. Seriously quick feet. And crucially, it seems, end product to go with it. If there is a deal to be done, let's not dick around as per usual and thus lose out. Hopefully Paratici will make a difference in that respect.

Denmark have booked a press meeting at the Spurs Lodge for next week, so they might be training at the facilities.

If everything is agreed during next week, they could get it done, even if Denmark goes through tomorrow.

I imagine that's most likely pencilled on the proviso they proceed in the tournament, with all teams based around London if they proceed.

Damsgaard, not bad start for page one. Nice to be back in the sanity zone after that 4000 page new manager lunatic asylum :ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO:

Would gladly get players like Lamela, Lucas and Ndombele out the door for players like this.

Quick-footed, works hard, can play in tight spaces and most importantly actively seeks the ball at every opportunity. He doesn't hide.

He'd be an excellent link in the team.

I hope this isn't the beginning of a summer where we are linked to lots of decent footballers (due to Paratici and his connections) only to sign mediocre players (due to the mendez connection)
Damsgaard is a player we should be signing unless either we don't have the funds, or he goes to a bigger hitter

Ideally you'd want Damsgaard to play with intelligent players like Ndombele. We already lack a lot of technique and creativity in our team, lets add to it not replace it! Hopefully things can get done quickly, but i know how long we take. If we're showing an interest, we best actually act on it rather than just fluttering our eyelashes at them.
