Sounds like a lot of people jumping the gun based on Harry leaving the meeting. I'm sure there'll be another round of talks at some stage. I don't think Harry will resign and I don't think Levy will sack him.

Is that what Storts said? I'm sure he said there was something in the story but that might just mean that Villa are interested. I don't remember him saying that we would consider letting Naughton go, correct me if I'm wrong.

Reading what Harry said in the rag and his angry reaction, i would guess there is definately some truth behind all the rumours, if Harry was comfortable with DL he would have laughed it off and said how much Danny would love to suck his cock off and how wonderfully they get on.Instead he did a Brent from the office with all the 'Rumours are hurtful' shit.

Something has definately got 'arry twitching.

I agree with this too, you're right if there was nothing to it he wouldn't have completely lost the plot and ranted like a nutter about it.

Well the shit's certainly hit the fan to the extent that it's spread all over the place and we're all getting snippets of it. I'm a far cry from ITK but it's rarely smoke the size of a fucking hurricane without fire, and I think we all know there are grudges over the loss of form and Harry's behavior regarding the England job within the club. I also think it's fair to say Levy is a man of action so if there's proper turbulence now I'd expect him to act.

Personally, as I've stated many times, I'd like him to stay, but I'd assume that if Harry leaving is the case then we're kicking in with plans we've been working on for a while considering the club presumably thought he'd be gone by now (though chances are they were far more ITK than us on that issue), and if the smoke is indeed originating in a bloody well-fueled fire it might be time for all of us to move on.

As I said I'm no ITK but the Club can't have speculation this size for long and will have to come out with something fairly soon; hopefully a new deal for Harry

Hopefully just the details of the compromise agreement being sorted by our lawyers.

Levy's got more impotant work to be doing now finalising the new guy.

This has surely got to come to a head either way very soon.

This uncertainty really does us no favours at all - players will be back for pre season in 3 weeks.

I'd be very surprised if any major signings (Vert etc) are completed during this typical Spurs debarcle.

That guardian piece was taken straight from SC! A&C and co. should sue for plagiarism. David Hytner is an SC member!!! Who'd have thought it?!

Tbh you could easily see how journos just scan this site and the "news" snowballs from there... i'm a lefty and would hope for better than that from my beloved Guardian, but you never know...

Hmm yeh it's difficult to tell with so much flying around on twitter, internet forums etc. whether papers get their information the lazy (I am sure papers like the mail have people scouring forums and then try and pass it off as genuine inside knowledge to their readers) way or whether they have genuine links. Whether the guardian have done or not, you'd have to imagine that today there will be a combination of both in the media but I'm sure that some of the information comes from genuine sources. Let's see what the day brings, maybe ITK will make things clearer, who knows?

You can guarantee all media outlets will forget about reporting on that if he leaves us!

Fair enough, I guess I got the wrong end of the stick

My uncle was on SSN talking about Redknapp this morning and said how his family are big spurs fans and would be happy to see Harry go. He thinks he'll be gone by end of play today.
