No offence intended whatsoever to those who claim to be, but I dont believe ITK for one minute. In my opinion it stands for I Talk Krap. Throw a load of random links about and one will come right based on law of averages, and bang your ITK. Highly unlikely a club will leak any info whatsoever to someone who they dont have 100% trust in. I spoke to someone on Twitter whos a Spurs fan and they claim the ITK are nonsense, and taken too serious

Hey guys nice to join this fourm! Just wondering do you guys expect any signings before the season starts. I cant see it myself but believe we have a good enough squad to beat everton. Our real test will start vs utd! hopefully we will have a llorente type ST by then.

Do you think with the news about sandro, that we will push our efforts to sign diaara?

Has Hulk signed for anyone yet? Been reading about this Blue and Yellow thing for ages and can't think of anyone suggesting Falcao AND Hulk. Both play in blue (home) and yellow (away) for porto, and yellow (home) and blue (away) for brasil/columbia. Both national and club teams share the B&Y.

Come on, this has to be as good a stab at it as any!

I don't think strategy should be ruled out. If I wanted to work on things as quietly as possible and if i wanted to make sure there was as little chance as possblie that selling clubs would think we had money to burn and a will to burn it, i'd say stuff like "we have to sell before we can buy"

Fair point.
What I'm really against is this facile choosing of one simple explanation that doesn't make that much sense when looked at but does seem to suit a personal agenda/prejudice.
The tansfer market is very complex and we have to strike a fine balance between getting good prices for players we sell, not paying too much for players we buy, and actually getting some out and some in. All other teams play the same game.
Some ITK has suggested we have plenty of money, some has suggeted we don't. I personally find it difficult to believe the only money we will have for transfers will come from deadwood we sell ( mg: "Alas poor Woody, I knew him well").

Yep. Pretty much anyone that might join could tenuously be linked to that description. The only way Potl's cryptic will look bang on is if some blue and yellow alien from Jupiter signs for us.

I don't think the injury is bad enough to force our hand

It would convince Modric to stay thats for sure. In fact the more I think about it the more it seems to fit. Are they both at the Copa America or whatever its called? Could explain the delay.
