My times there its been the other way round!

Never had an issue at upton park. West ham fans seem to be all mouth. Buying their ICF t shirts and getting autographs from some middle aged bloke sporting a Burberry cap. Bless.

Was at Upton Park for the 3-2 a couple of seasons back with Bale scoring that late winner, had to get the tube back with all the pikeys and there was pretty much no animosity. Also done Chelsea, Arsenal, Fiorentina, Milan and Madrid a away (amongst others) and never felt in danger at any time despite being sat with the home fans when we beat Milan and lost to Madrid. I never go looking for it but I think the times are changing and the small minority that still do it are given too much coverage in the media.
