I hope not including dele in the starting line up is more due to looking after his injury more than anything else because he absolutely bossed it the other night and should be starting for England.

Bit of both probably. Alli had dropped down the pecking order slightly as Lingard has steppes up in the advances position and he hasn't yet shown he does enough further back.

Once he gets a run of games for us he will prove his worth and be back in the mix, I think these sort of challenges are important for young players.
