Milner is playing such timid football. Alli has made numerous runs for a quick pass from him in the last few minutes and every time he just holds the ball and slows things down before passing backwards.

What's the odds on England finishing bottom of the group? If they're decent I'll have some of that

Its embarrassingly bad how poor this is, absolutely dreadful with the ball.

Its actually laugh out loud bad, watching them almost leg it around with ball compared to the neat, efficient passing of TEN MAN Portugal

Roy shoe horning Rooney, Kane and Vardy in the side and managing to get less than 50% out of each of them

Rooney is supposed to be pulling the strings and he's doing nothing. Dier is on the ball and nobody showing for him at all.

Why is Kane taking all set pieces instead of getting in the box?

The players are going to have to have a word with themselves. I fancy a bit of a Robson revolt because this a shambles.

I would play Kane centrally, with Rooney left and Sturridge right.

Then play Alli in the hole.

Townsend left, sterling right, Kane or vardy middle.

But that would've been way too sensible.

Better to take players who can barely get out the shower without pulling a muscle and use the players you have in awkward positions

As I just posted though, that again is trying to shoehorn central strikers into the team.

I think Welbeck's injury, Sterling's loss of form, and Kane and Vardy's scoring records have all caused Woy a headache. He doesn't seem to know what he wants to do.

Fair enough. I do think Wellbeck getting injured was a bigger blow than people thought. Very underrated player.
