Got tickets to see Justin Timberlake tomorrow night and he's putting the game on before his show at The O2, has the potential to be a very good night, atmosphere in there will be rocking if we win!

Could also be fucking depressing if you watch us lose and then have a full concert to endure with screaming 50 year old mums around you

Ive seen a lot pop journalists patting us on the back for getting to the semis. Whilst its a great achievement, I wish theyd hold on to the plaudits until after the final Sunday. I can help but think there seems to be a lot of people putting a massive KOD on this.

Nice of Walker promising to send shirts to the Thai boys rescued. I have wanted Levy to invite the team over for our Stadium opening with AIA sponsoring the airfares. Manure beaten us in inviting them to a game at Old Trafford.

This World Cup has been great. It’s made me hate the Scottish and Welsh again. Complaining about pundits on the BBC or ITV talking about England, bitter twats. Sweden, Colombia, Tunisia etc flags in their twitter names - virgins. Not all of them obviously.

.

I appreciate your last line here, but I would like to say something about the Scots, since I live up (t)here. Every single one of them I've spoken to about football in the past couple of weeks is cheering on England, and are chuffed we're doing well. I know that will be a surprise to a lot of people since you all get the media spin and see the worst of the Scottish anti-English contingent, but mostly the Scots I meet actually like the English.

Maybe it's because I'm not in one of the cities (although Glasgow will be half-full of Rangers fans cheering on England because...well, if you don't know I haven't got time to explain it), but I haven't come across a single person who doesn't want us to win. I even had one guy start talking to me about it because he heard my accent in a shop.

The Scots are nice people...absolute mentalists, but nice. And a much larger number than most people would guess are hoping we win the thing. They don't deserve hating just because there's a few dicktards among them. There are far more dicktards in England, to be fair.

Yeah, I don’t really hate them all to be fair. I just hate 99% of the people on Twitter I think.

I’ve got a load of family in Kilmarnock, they’re all lovely and want England to win it. Last time I went there, the ****s in Little Chef did overcharge us because of our accents, though.

I don't use twitter, but I'm happy to hate everyone using it, if that helps.

And yeah, you need to watch out for the "English Tax" if you're anywhere on the way between Glasgow and the border. Butty vans in lay-bys are the worst for it. The "American Tax" is higher though, and comes into play all over the country, which I think we can all agree is fair and fitting.

My main concern about tomorrow is the same I’ve had about this England team. We’ve no midfield. And now we are going to come across probably the best midfield in the competition. We are going to have to chase for the ball as they will have most of it in there.

We might just have to go long to bypass their midfield. I’m fine with that. Performance doesn’t matter tomorrow, just the result.

Have they not suffered enough already? :cautious:

We might have to do that seeing as Lingard and Sterling are both pretty quick. Anyone know what Kane's record is like against Lovren?

LBC caller wants England to lose World Cup because the team is multi-racial

Talk radio shows must pray for callers like that. Horrible format of shock and outrage to keep people listening. Don't know what's worse, that or reality TV.
