I've just been watching the highlights of our games back... And I apologise if this has been mentioned loads already, but with each of those balls over the top, or fizzed across... If that's Vardy instead of you know who, then we're out of sight in this tournament. Vardy's movement, awareness and finishing is all superior, and I daresay his pace is comparable.

Frustrating beyond comprehension.

My daughter has an awards/presentation evening at school tonight and I have to go as she is doing a drama performance.

It's already been moved to a 5.30 start and it's only supposed to last an hour, but there's been talk of it over-running.
Lots of parents going to be checking phones and watches!!!

Yeh I feel fucking sick. Still don't think the fact that England are in a World Cup semi-final has sunk in. No idea how I'm going to survive work today!

I was listening to the Totally Football show podcast this morning and they mentioned that one of the Croatian centre backs is out injured so Corluka is expected to start instead. Their central midfield is brilliant, but Lovren and Corluka in defence gives me a lot of hope.

Can't help but feel confident.

It's bananas to think I didn't even watch England play much over the last few years. Due to the utter tripe being served up. Only bothered in the competitions and as we know, woeful.

But I've taken an about turn. Love this team as they have retuned my international enjoyment.

Listening to 3 lions this morning, imagining Kane lifting that trophy brought a tear to my eye. So proud of the spurs boys right now. #oneofourown

I never stopped supporting and still watch every game but euro 2016 and the sam allardyce farce definitely dented my passion for the national side.

Its great to see the country so united behind this side. Long may it continue.

If you're referring to the Atletico RB Vrsaljko (sp?!) who got injured against Russia, then Corluka filling in there would be even better. It will also mean Rebic who's been playing ahead of him wont get the freedom he's had in previous games and will have to operate as more of a RWB.

Theoretically him being out weakens them defensively and offensively.

Yep, that's the guy. The expert who was talking about it was a Croatian and he seemed to think it would have a big effect on how they played as well - he mentioned that that they wouldn't be able to play a high line (not sure if they do usually?) with Corluka in the side.

I'm enjoying some bitter folk talking about the 'arrogance' of It's Coming Home. Clearly not getting the joke that England came into this with low expectations and are one game from the final.

Yesterday it was Goran Ivanisevic: “I hope we don’t lose to the English because you are already in the final. You have already won, you are coming home, you are bringing a trophy, you are so arrogant, you are the most beautiful. For sure you are coming home but I hope not with a trophy.”

I saw it on the Guardian site and they think it might be banter but it doesn't read that way.

It is coming home though. 3-1 to England tonight.

If England gets passed Croatia and in to the final I am worried about how Maguire will handle Mbappé, he might just run circles around him.

Please don't. Encourage your daughter's presentation by staying focused. They grow up so fast and we'll always have football

Thought FIFA were to ban Domagoj Vida after another video of him rooting for an indepedent Ukraine came out..

This World Cup has been great. It’s made me hate the Scottish and Welsh again. Complaining about pundits on the BBC or ITV talking about England, bitter twats. Sweden, Colombia, Tunisia etc flags in their twitter names - virgins. Not all of them obviously.

Scousers too. Can’t just enjoy the run, they have to have something to feel aggrieved about. This time it’s that Henderson should be captain/is the real captain feel down.

Also, made me hate a fair old whack of English people too. The ****s that smashed up Ikea and the ambulance should be arrested. Has to be some dodgy bunch of idiots that ruin what has been such a weird and pleasant change in national sentiment.

Don’t let a small minority get you down unfortunately there will always be a few idiots who try to ruin it for everyone else
