The structure makes zero sense.

I highly doubt the club have not put any clauses in to mitigate that from happening. We won't know the ins and outs of the deal. But no way do we give them Dele for free on a 2.5 yr deal for them to sell him in the summer for £25m

Have the past 5 days not demonstrated that there is no point getting worked up over the first Twitter post that you don't like the look of? Seems to be an awful lot of flapping going on without knowing anywhere near the full picture.

Our ITKs have said that the unwanted players were firmly given their marching orders so it's good to see Paratici getting it done. Sure, we might have to accept a few compromises on those outgoings but it's great to see somebody operating in a way that Levy could never get close to.

Both Trix and Herc mentioned just this morning that all sorts of players were being offered around, and as we all (should) know things can move very fast on deadline day. So let's hold onto our collective shit for a few more hours.

Well we need the deals approved by the PL/FA not sure... This takes quite a while. A quick look at the forms and calculations necessary will show you that. Deals taking a while to be announced is something people will have to get used to. This may not be the only reason but it's definitely increasingly a factor.
