LOL! If you bump into him at the seaside this Summer, you should ask for his supply of warm gloves from Spurs!!

This will be my mission this summer obviously..not that i want to see him, but you know... i need good english gloves

As far as i know last year he spent much time in Sunny Beach/ St Vlas - this is where we are building a house and i am very very angry that i went to another place and as i told you i happened to see the horrible smashed cars from the crush with Albena and Maxim

http://www.lake-district.gov.uk/

Manchester is also known for it's hip nightlife, Canal Street, the gay area, music and club culture, so you could always pop into a hot sweaty disco if it gets too chilly for you!

Thank you for the link, although i know everything about the Lake district (it is mentioned in EVERY English exam i have taken) i haven't seen pictures from it  shame on me
and i also want to see these gay bars hah, last time when i was in the UK i saw the strangest people in my life  It was crazy

Ofcourse!

I was pleased to see photos of her looking much happier from the Junior World Championships held in Sofia in March PMed to me by one of the fans at Berbo's forum. Maxim however still looks shocked. It's something that will always be with them....and the victims ofcourse.

So is Sunny Beach/St. Vlas the area where all the rich and famous people hang out? I sincerely hope it doesn't get too spoilt and overrrun by overseas tourists....not before I've visited!

LOL! I'm thinking we're alot more Liberal about gay culture than is tolerated in Eastern Europe? I remember in one interview Berba said regarding his house in London that "if a man is too tidy there's something wrong", which I interpreted as 'he's probably gay'.

But, yes, I love all that, and am a big fan. London's gay district is called Old Compton Street, and when I went to see a Musical at a theatre there, I was beside myself with excitement!

BTW a few weeks ago they mentioned Manchester in the BG sports news on BTV. One of your Rhythmic Gymnasts had won a competition there, so if you like those kinds of events, there will be plenty to do when you're not studying. They might even have a Volleyball comp next year!

Well.. it is too late now  My father, however, was clever enough to buy our land 10 years ago when the prices were errr.. maybe 50 times lower than now

haha, yep, i know that quote, it made me laugh  You are much more liberal, without doubt, although i am proud to have a gay friend and the great news is that i didn't feel strange when i found that out:roll: And you can see how a typical Bg man thinks :\ If he is too tidy, too respectful and too polite..than we have a problem

Hmm, i didn't know about the Rhythmic gymnast, but i love that sport. And all others.. it will be great if there is a volleyball champ, although i know this sport is not very popular in the UK. It is very strange that the biggest star reminds me very much of Berbatov, also shy and intelligent (amd quite good-looking)

Gabriella - I'm moving from the South to Manchester in the summer. The regeneration and the money going into the city is unreal - you will have a great time. Good choice!

(not to forget - they both have problems with the hair )

i am sorry :)

Awwww, Matey K! He was really sweet, and so interesting to listen to. Thanks for the great link Gabi.

I can remember watching Women's Volleyball at the Olympics in the past, so will definitely look out for the Bulgarian Men's Volleyball team in China, and give them a cheer from my sofa!

It's truly amazing how fluent both he and Berbs are in English. It's nice to hear such a wide vocabulary spoken, rather than the cliched Dutch Footballer type sayings of "For me, it was important" and "I made a goal".
Matey had a wider English vocabulary than many of our home grown players! Eek

Also I love how the Bulgarians pronounce words with a double L at the end just like Cockneys do (that's us here in London btw) so "well" "ball" "wall" is pronounced with a w sound at the end just like wot we do innit!
But hugely more sexy when hunky deep voiced Bulgarian men do it.

Quelle surprise! Eek Found this today, another ringing endorsement for Manchester....from a Brazilian player!

Former Fiorentina striker Bojinov, 22, missed a lot of the season with a knee injury and is keen to return to Italy.
But City have been boosted by Brazil ace Elano, 26. He said: "I am very happy at this club and my family are enjoying life here, too. When my mother came to visit, she did not want to go back!"
