Trying still to bring in 3.

Interest in........

Italy and Spain for Gio
Rodon 2 Prem clubs and on EFL side
Ndom to PSG looking closer as of yesterday
Dele has had a number of clubs interested.

It's imperative, if we can move these on we absolutely have to. They have been consuming wages for years without repaying anything on the pitch. That's why they aren't being picked, as an injury could see them being here for years to come, if we don't shift them when opportunity is there.

AC was happy to keep GLC(but not against him going) as he hasn't really had the chance to fully assess. It's believed though that regardless of whether we keep him or not, he won't be first choice so better to let him go if we have a suitable offer and bring someone else in that will push that first team starting place. His injury record is abysmal and with his international status, it's just not something we can build on long term.

Thanks for the ITK guys, glad we’re still hoping for 3, could be a game changer that.

Although I can’t help but think we’ve been here before and we’ll hear we tried/proved difficult/lesson learned kind of excuse come the end of the window.

I fully expect Traore, be pleasantly surprised if we get more.

I'm so fucking happy Ndombele is likely to go and also Dele, GLC. Hopefully they are replaced with quality players we want.

Lets see I think the key here is how good FP is at shifting out the dead wood. There is a lot of money in wages sat around twiddling their thumbs right now and although there is money to spend bringing in 3 and not moving players out will be harmful in the long term.

I do wonder if we can do something with swap deals. Even if they're loan types.

For example I wonder if juve would take lo celso on loan for mckennie or n'dombele for wijnaldum or maybe we can change richarlparades mind.

Rodon plus cash for bissouma.

I'd like and I know this will be hugely unpopular but dele plus cash for richarlason. He is a massive cheat but he would be our cheat and what an option to have.

Hoping for a good week.

Finally selling the likes of Dele, N'Domebele and Lo Celso will feel like a very necessary and big step forward for the club. We can't afford to have passengers.

Fortunately I have no agenda or axe to grind when assessing the ITK.

It is clear the most important job this window is to move players on. Free up wages and accrue some funds.

The summer will see a real beginning of the rebuild required.

Pointless losing our shit if we can only bring in one this window.

If we're still looking at 3, the main prospects are Traore, Kessie and who? One of the youth names? I'm not trying to create a guessing game here, but if anyone has been following the ITK better than me.

Assuming Vlahovic is more likely to be a summer target.

The problem is we still aren't linked with any midfielders that are better than them.

We want to bring in 3, and are still aiming to do so. Doesn't mean it will happen though lets see if FP has a bit more about him as regards pushing deals through than Levy did.
Sounds a little more positive if Levy is letting FP do his thing, or do we think Levy will have to get is chubby little fingers in there as well

Oh I'll also add, we are looking to tie up specific out of contract players and short length contract players in the Summer, this has a knock on effect to what we do now as with these in mind we want to achieve a squad balance and not just shift the lopsidedness to another area.

Its all about being ready for next season?

All the ITK we have gotten is that Levy has taken a back seat, but for some reason reading what you said just made me envision Levy like a dad asking his son if he wants to help out around the house, but after 5 min the dad (Levy) can't help himself and just takes back control because "its being done wrong"

This is key for me, how many windows have we been in this position and been left with players boy up to it.

Get them out and start again.

I must be honest, I'm almost more interested to see how we do on outgoings than incomings. In my opinion that's been a bigger weakness of ours over the last 5 years. (Granted the one process affects the other)

Yeah I get that and thought this myself.
We have lots of wages and ‘value’ clogging up the squad and unused.

Wasn’t the one criticism of Paratici that he struggles to shift players?

Hopefully a busy week ahead.

Thanks for the ITK Trix ? Hopefully we'll be able to shift those three wage sucking thumb twiddlers and get who we want this window (y)
