Just thinking that we have a good youth system that seems to be doing well. Who was the last kid that you thought would go on to play regularly in our team. I remember watching Neil fenn making his debut against man u. Thought he was gonna be brilliant for us

Pritchard and before that Danny Rose (based on watching him play for the England U17s). The fact that Rose is our regular 1st team LB and has been called up to the England squad in no way validates my initial assessment :(.

Phil Ifil; I have never been so sure about a young player. I thought he was nailed on as a future England regular. Can't get a game in the Conference now.

I thought Tomas Pekhart was going to do well for us. Kept a close eye on his record for the youth team, and he was knocking them in for fun. Quite a tall lad with a good finish.

Went back to the Czech republic and did quite well for a while, before moving to, then flopping at, Nuremberg.
