Marco Silva would be my choice if I were in their shoes.

Pellegrino seems like a nice man, but he never seemed to grasp the intensity of the PL. They have some very good players there, and a good squad.

Marco Silva until end of season, Silva been linked with taking over at Benfica this summer cant see him not wanting that job.. maybe Soton till summer then Slavisa Jokanovic take over in summer if they stay up... they were mad to sack Puel in first place

I thought that he was very non-plussed in the post match on MOTD (possibly language issue but he basically said if we're relegated then i'll move on) very odd choice of words at least if you can find it.

I'm more annoyed that the ironmongers could stay up by the points they got against us
