Clauses don’t apply to managers as clubs don’t hold their registration. Poch could just quit and reappear at Madrid and leave the clubs to retrospectively negotiate compensation. But ... Poch clearly said he’s happy with us, has just signed a new deal, and is looking forward to next season with us. He also said he would not disrespect Levy by forcing a move. So ... Madrid did not end their interest in Poch, Poch and Levy ended it. Move on, nothing to see other than media bullshit.

there is a contract ad remedies under contract law

They started fishing before Poch committed to a new contract. He played the media well. He LOVES it here!!!

He wants to keep everyone on their toes. Apparently he learned that from Fergie. He has no interest in RM! He wants to create a dynasty. And he is being allowed to do so.

He is being BACKED!!!

So if anyone wants to keep having nervous disorders after all the above, you are welcomed. But I do not wish it on anyone.

Great news, thanks Herc.

When I met Poch at “The Lane” film promotion late last year it became abundantly clear how entrenched he is at Spurs. He’s living what it means to be Spurs. I’m a nobody and the way he engaged and respected me, someone who has no consequence to him, was unusual and unexpected.

Seeing his dynamic with the ex spurs lads and even more so Hugo L, says more to me than the shit written by headline journalists. Hugo’s eyes lit up with a smile and embrace when they saw each other. There is something special. It’s deep and it’s genuine. I sense it’s not a job to him...it’s his heart driving him.

I noticed him putting his arm around and chatting to some of the academy players. He’s seem very protective about Spurs. Herc’s latest info seems so consistent with what my eyes saw and the chat I had with him.

Nice post mate, always good to hear stories from people that come face to face with our players, manager etc

I do find some comments amusing, when they throw at Poch he has no plan B...he is imo the most flexible manager in the league especially the system we play with Dier its so interchangeable.

Klopp plays one way only hasn't changed it since his time in Germany... not having a go, just cheeses me off when media even some of our own fans level plan B at Poch

Just praying that Madrid successfully lure Klopp now. Would be beautiful.
It would be funny to see the meltdown, yeah. However I'm quite intrigued to see how Liverpool get on next season now his assistant has left. After all, he has been touted by journalists etc as the mastermind behind how Liverpool play and set up against each team.

There was a noticeable dip in their results towards the end of the season, climaxing in their embarrassing defeat to Madrid.

Next season we might not see the same gung-ho Liverpool side that we saw in 2017/18

I’d give SC £20 at the end of the Spanish window if he goes to Madrid. Im saying the end of the Spanish window because I’ll double it to £40 if he takes Salah with him. £30 if he taps him up so much that it makes him sp desperate to leave like Coutinho and he’ll leave in January.

The main family in the 80s TV programme Dynasty was called Carrington and one of the main characters was Alexis. Carrington is also Man Utds training complex and he wants to be like Fergie. Sounds like he is going to Manchester.

One thing I `m pretty shure of is that almost every manager with ambition would be extremely tempted by a job offer from Real Madrid. Their mind can then be turned and they might feel they can`t resist it, even though they are working with a great club with a great project and future (like Spurs). Lets hope Poch doesn`t fit that cathegory!

But how much can we trust ITKs like Hercules? Does anyone know who some of them are?
I believe it a no no to question the validity of ITK contributors as they have been screened by the moderators. I would delete that post if you want to be around long.
