Just a quick question, would anyone blame Poch for walking if this window pans out the way it's looking like it's going to?

I know I wouldn't

after apparently being promised big signings completed early in the window as incentive to sign a new contract amid interest from madrid, if we finished the window with no signings i wouldn't be surprised if he went

I'd be very surprised if he walked tbh, doesnt seem like its in his character. However, there isnt a doubt in my mind that he'll jump ship as soon as another club comes calling next year.

Why would he walk when there isn’t a job currently open?

He’ll be fine for another couple seasons imo

United job will be open at the end of this season latest I reckon. Fans are getting restless already with him. If results slide or goes trophy less again he's out.
End of the season? Mate, Mourinho melted down after a friendly and bashed the youth players, the board and his first team squad, ffs. He might not even last until the season opener

Levy sold us and Poch dreams, fuck this window and our methods. He’s going to have to pull something major out the bag to redeem it otherwise Poch might just walk

I'm still waiting for the email from Levy, what was in it? I'm more pissed I was left out of the loop tbh.

I certainly would not blame him.

What a shit show that would be, it really does not bare thinking about. But unfortunately it seems it could be a possibility.

I reckon if we drop points at the start of season and Poch thinks our late/lack of transfer activity impacted this, he will keep it in his head at the end of the season especially if we’re just a few points off. He won’t walk at the start, he still has honour and respect. It’s also hard to know what he is actually thinking on the transfer issue, he wouldn’t disrespect the club or players like Mourinho.

Where’s it been said he was promised big signings?

I only ask as I can’t remember.

When you say "apparently", what source of fiction has this emerged from?

How about the fact he's here to do a job, knowing full well the constraints he's up against and really doesn't give a fuck what the latest football manager fanboys think about not spunking 70 mill on the latest unknown Brazilian.

Jeez....supporters today man... So self entitled. I want this player, I want it now, nice and shiny and i don't care where the money comes from.....
