I have just started working for a well respected engineering consultancy company based in London. They company usually hear about every seizable construction going on in and out of the City so after getting excited about a possible new White Hart Lane I decided to ask around. Management assure me nothing has come through there door anyway which means:
1) There is no plans to do anything to our stadium at this currently
2) They are in such early stages that the architect firm has not even drawn up the plans yet
They were however telling me that White Hart Lane as it stands actually had quite a lot of money thrown into it and also Everton are in the middle of the planning stage for a new stadium.
Obviously I will let everyone know if there are any developments on this.
