Team, quick query. I've kept an eye on NFL for a little while but I now travel to the US more frequently. Still learning the sport but with the NFL season starting I'd like to really give it a go and invest some time in it this year. To that end I'd like to pick a team to support so I can really follow what happens and would welcome your suggestions. I did think I should just picking my nearest team to London (patriots, jets, giants) and I do visit NY more then other cities however if there was any spurs link or reason then i'd gladly take it on board. What are your thoughts?
Cleveland Browns are an amazing organisation with an abundance of star quality - i highly recommend this team for you

In a similar situation. started watching the sport 3 years ago and have grown to love it. Even though I've grown up with football(soccer) I actually think American football is the better game, better spectacle. Still don't fully understand all the little nuances/rules. I don't have a team either. Have to say though I enjoy watching the steelers, both the New York teams and patriots.

Not sure of any real links between Spurs and an NFL franchise (there's not even anyone in the NFL with a cockerel/rooster link) but I'm often struck by the similarities between Spurs and my NFL team, the Minnesota Vikings. Both were once among the elite teams, both have high profile and more successful neighbours and both have a remarkable knack of snatching defeat from the jaws of glory even when they seem to have done everything right.

Last season the Vikings looked set to knock-out the Seahawks out of the Playoffs and somehow missed a 27 yard field goal at the end to finish their season. This season big things were hoped for the team and then the QB gets a bad injury 2 weeks ago which means he'll miss the entire season. If there's a Spursy equivalent in every team sport then I'd argue that the Vikings are the NFL's version!

I was watching a programme about Mauritz Bohringer the other day and how he got drafted. Do they expect him to see much involvement? Have to say he looks a beast

I'm kinda forced into supporting the Philidelphia Eagles because by Bro in law & his family are from there & are big Birds fans so I've been roped in

So far as I can tell they're basically the equivalent of Liverpool supporters. Bin dipping, thieving, entitled, deluded, arrogant worms living on past glories & making excuses for the scum they're attached to (Vick etc)

Enough about the family though ... The Eagles are alright. Would recommend (y)

Hope not but $ talks

Something needs to happen though as the Oak Col. is just too dilapidated
The talk I heard was that the fertita brothers were looking to get in to NFL after selling the UFC and the likely target would be the Raiders and bring them to Vegas

Ah yes. The best way to start a season is to throw a pick while your in good position then let them walk down the field for td. Good start, Texans:mad::mad::mad::mad:

Haven't really followed much NFL in last couple of years, but now I can watch the Bears on Kodi every week I may regain some interest.

I'm trying to access the League page but it's not loading, is anyone else having the same issues?

Also the Fantasy app picked a bad time to have log in issues.

EDIT: Their getting roasted on Twitter, day one and they're not ready

On Google Chrome it doesn't load at first (says something like webpage not available) but then refreshes itself and works.
