I think you lose your first round pick if you select a keeper.

Will the draft order be decided an hour before the draft again or can we randomize the order this week and lock it in?

You don't have to. But Keeper selections will lock 1 hour prior to the draft...at the same time the draft order is determined. Hehehe. So roll the dice either way you want to...
