Looking at the reviews by various media outlets, I must have been the only person who thought the halftime show was crap. I've seen Commonwealth Games opening ceremonies that were more entertaining.

Yeah, i thought the same thing.

Not that half-time shows are all that good anytime, but this one was particularly forgettable at best and just poor at worst. Yet all the media people are raving about how fantastic a show it was.

The half time shows are pretty much always overblown crap and this one was no different.

For my money, Lady GaGa performing the national anthem was the best performer.

I completely under-rated how good the Denver defense was.
I wasn't surprised by how well they performed

They completely shut down the Pats in the previous game and it was always going to be their key to victory

I was watching a lot of ESPN, FOX SPORTS and NFL network prior to the game and I was surprised to see pretty much every pundit picking the Panthers to win

I new they were the best in the NFL. I wasn't quite in the 1985 Bears/2001 Ravens camp but they are that good.

The Eagles have traded Murray to the Titans and Maxwell and Alonso to the Dolphins. Silly move from us (Dolphins) to get Maxwell unless he restructures.

Mark Sanchez?! Denver, your defense is good but I don't know if it's good enough to carry a Mark Sanchez offense.

6 picks in the top 76 selections. They've got a good chance to improve a bad roster.
Excellent chance over the next two years to be a real force again like they were in the Steve McNair days.

As for the Rams, hell of a stretch and whichever QB they go for out of Wentz and Goff, they need to make sure it's a home run because there's no room for error on their part.

They'll go for Goff. Hometown kid. They have to endear themselves to the fans again and try to corner the LA fanbase before either the Chargers or Raiders move to LA also.

Yes, perhaps - LA need a goldenboy again after Kobe.

As for my Raiders, I sincerely hope they don't move to Vegas but then money talks.

Makes sense from a marketing point of view. Think they've stretched themselves for whichever uninspiring QB option they go for, especially as they have nothing after the 1st pick, til the 113th!

Titans benefit, all thanks to our new GM. Especially as we've already nabbed DeMarco Murray by dropping down 11 spots in the 4th round. A spot that we've now traded to the Rams, thus our move for Murray was effectively free.

Hometown? It's LA, nobody there cares.

Unrelated, but I know there has been a lot of talk this year about the PL and ticket prices. Well, today I went online to check prices for Pats/Steelers as I live in the Burgh now, and the cheapest ones are $200. Insane. Much better deal to tailgate and then watch the game at a bar. It makes you wonder when the ticket bubble is going to burst.
