For those people wishing to post about yesterday with a bit of perspective...

I'll start, yeah yesterday was dreadful. The realization at 4-2 that this game was going to be rammed down our throats for years to come was particularly sickening. I don't think there was any one thing that did it, I'm sure Harry would hold his hands up and say the formation, player selection and substitutions were a bit of a mess... But there were so many other things going wrong not to mention that was the best Arsenal have played all season... We were arrogant, complacent, lazy and disrespectful. That can't happen again!

Let's remind everyone exactly why we are where we are when United come to town. COYS

What would be perfect would be if we kicked on, finished well clear of them with the gap and won the FA Cup. They can ram this game down our throats while we ram CL football, a considerable gap and another cup since the last time they won one, down theirs

I would love to think redknapp learnt from yesterdays performance, but i have heard nothing to suggest this is the case listening to his interviews. This is not the be all i know, but it is worrying.

I am confident for Utd though. Think we will take note from arsenals desire after that result

hopefully the players respond in a positive fashion. harry can't take the blame for the way the players applied themselves. the game was a gut check. we can't afford to be complacent, settle on our laurels, any of that. if we want to finish third, we need to play every game on its merit. fight for everything, and give no quarter.

Below United? :-|

The top team in London. 3rd in the prem. The plucky underdogs who at least had a go at keeping up with the Manchester clubs with, in comparison to those a clubs, a shoestring budget.

Take that mate... Take that all day long for this season at least.

They aren't really minding the gap though are they? they've pretty much cut it in half in the space of a few matches.

It was 12 points not that long ago, now it's 7. Hence the ''pretty much''...
