Mate had to break it to you but nothing will change.

Our fans will turn up, sit on their hands, pay the extortionate fees. continue to have hope but know the likelihood of success is low and the cycle will continue.

The situation was way way worse and more toxic last season and during Nuno/Jose yet aside from a few songs here and there and the odd protest with about literally 5 people, nothing changes.

FWIW I hate that it’s come to this with Kane and fully blame Levy and his bad decisions for that but lately we’ve made some good signings, we’ve hired an exciting manager who fits the club really well and we are starting a new exciting chapter so I think most fans will focus on that.

If we’d let Kane go for free to a PL rival or we let him go having not made any signings this summer whilst still having conte or Jose in charge and no plan or direction I think then our finally might just finally have snapped in big numbers but there are some positives right now so sorry but I don’t see the crowd turning and tbh I hope they don’t, I hope they get behind Ange and the team.

If we don’t sign anymore players there will be a toxic atmosphere but I hope we will sign a good 3 more of decent quality (Operation Kane) and if so I think we will be just fine.
Agree with all of that. We’ll piss the money up the tree if we haven’t already spent it. No ambition, zero faith in them, tired and fed up.

Youve only got to look at transfer fees for unproven and bang average players to realise that £85m is daylight robbery that Levy has allowed to happen. Unfortunately there was no way in this world that Pennywise, pound foolish Levy was gonna let him leave for free. Its a dark dark day in our history and by god there's been a few of them.

Never have I seen a living legend leave his own 'supposed' big club because he doesn't believe his club can challenge and win silverware.

It's embarrassing for us supporters. It's a joke!

I'm sick of Levy & ENIC. They seem to think they know whats best for THFC, but just don't learn from past mistakes. The arrogance is beyond believable.

The Kane shambles, is Berbatov & Keane part II. Selling our best player at the last minute and screwing us for the start of the season. Making a lot of Ange's prep work in the summer redundant at the same time. This could have been avoided with a clear deadline and strategy to mitigate Kane's departure..(which should never have got to this point anyway).

This just underlines, the the actual team itself is the least important part of THFC to Levy. The stadium, training ground, go kart track, sky walk, concerts, nfl, boxing etc etc, is where he wants to focus the business. Profits over glory is an nice catchphrase, but it's true. I have no issue with us being run sensibly, but its the mid-card players we want to buy to save money, because Levy doesn't want to shop at the top end. Why buy champagne when Sparkling White Wine tastes mostly the same. All the while, our competitors do get the best in the can afford and push us further down the pecking order once again.

Us fans are charged more for tickets, shirts versus all our rivals. Yet we see zero returns on the pitch. Just false dawns and the crown jewels leaving yet again.

As has been said, there needs to be a concerted uprising against Levy (and his cronies)...we can still have loud atmospheres at the lane, and support the team. But we MUST make a stand and not a half hearted one. Nothing will change if apathy reigns and things Must change, else we'll be another 15 years into our trophy drought with no sign of improvement

Removed agree and put winner. Exactly how I feel right now.

It's all good Levy squeezing the buyer of our players like a lemon but it's pointless when we see more luck than real investment in purchasing of replacement/s.

Assuming Kane had refused a new deal - we all know the dilema Levy faced this summer. Given that dilema he has fought for the best financial deal he could get for the club. The timing sucks, but I guess that is how long it took to get to a point where we felt the deal was acceptable. To accpet £10M - £25M less for the sake of getting the deal done earlier in the window is not prudent.

The bigger point is. Kane should never have wanted to leave. He said if club was making progress, he would be a part of it. It's clear to see the club continues its current slide. The blame for that starts and ends with Levy...I couldn't give 2 fucks that he's squeezed an extra £25m for Kane 48hrs before our first game.

A last minute winner against Brentford - deflected in off Richarlison's backside - don't worry continuity BSODL will be back in the trenches defending their man...

Once again demanding that no one criticise Levy without first supplying full CVs and Linkedin profiles of alternative candidates who can dare claim to be able to fill the shoes of the "best chairman in Europe"

Kane was open to an extension to give him more time with some clauses relevant to next summer. Levy's pushed for him to go now instead. This is all on Levy and we shouldn't let him weasel out of it.

Any replacement we try to sign now probably will cost £10m more as their club can't get a replacement in (or more likely, we go for the "cheaper" option).

The only way Levy comes out of this is if he gives Ange exactly what he wants and Ange manages a miracle with the squad we have.

Ok I’ve had a bit time to digest the Kane news. Anyway, it’s unforgivable to sell your best asset just as the league starts, but we still have a very strong squad.

Richarlison is picked ahead of Jesus for Brazil, so we are stronger than them in that front. Midfield wise we are extremely strong, and now defense isn’t as bad people think. We have players other than Kane who are capable of scoring a lot goals this season, and now the spotlight has been taken off him it’s time for them to shine.

So when do we riot? Levy and his cronies need to fuck off.

Chants and banners need to be every game from here until things change. Personally think 10 (kanes shirt number) minutes into first game, seems apt

This should be the final nail for Levy. It's however important to keep it outside the stadium. We need to protest outside and then get behind the team inside.
