Watching us sign better players, progress further in the CL and mount a title challenge next season whilst Leicester languish in 9th-15th place after blowing their Mahrez and Kante money on sub par shite because they couldnt attract the big guns despite finishing above us will fill me with so much joy especially because of the way their knobhead fans have conducted themselves this season.

Wherever we finish we will always, in any player's eyes, be the more attractive club between the two. Every man and his dog know that Leicester are a fluke.

I don't see why if leicester keep their manager and best players they can't build and have another great season next year.

Playing against the likes of Barcelona on a Tuesday/Wednesday night, hearing the famous theme playing in the stadium... Champions League next season is the biggest positive.

We get to win the Premier League for the first time in our last season at the Lane. Something beautiful in that.

If, and it's an big if, we go on a run of 5 wins and still finish second, it puts to bed the "Spurs will die at the end of the season" rubbish and give the players confidence that, wherever we are with 6 to go at the end of next season, we know we can get 18 points. Could be crucial if we're close to the title or top of the pile.

They can, although I think they'll get sussed next season, that respect that other teams weren't giving them before Xmas will increase.

Do you think they'll be able though? I guess having CL football will help a lot in that aim - depending how far they go in it, but I fear for them after that competition is over next season as I'm sure the vultures will start circling.

1. More CL money than 3rd or 4th. No qualifying matches.
2. More prestige as official runners up than 4th or 5th.
3. A bigger virtual trophy than that handed to auntie wenger's ballet boys.
4. Finishing higher than woolwich yaaay.

I think CL will take quite a toll on them. They sort of went under the radar in the EPL for a really long time this season as well and I think they've had a huge slice of luck (good luck to them) but think it was a bit of a perfect storm situation. I wouldn't say I fear for them at all though. Don't remember anyone losing any sleep when we lost our star players.

But imagine taking Vardy, Mahrez, Kante and Drinkwater, maybe Huth as well, out of that team and you basically end up with a good C-Ship team again! Think that would break them temporarily, though S-hampton came back ok. Of course having CL will help them no end - why leave Leicester when cheatski and manure don't have CL?

The TV money will come in handy for them and the money from CL. They won't have to sell players but they might struggle to hang onto them if 'big' teams come sniffing. Players should really show a bit of loyalty (but won't imo). Whatever way it pans out they will be a shitload richer than they were so my sympathy won't be heading their way.

Can't wait to see Barca trying to find Leicester!

Probably more than we will. We haven't spent anything over the last few years with money coming from sales. Hopefully we'll have a bit of cash this summer and i'm sure leicester can bring in a few. Both of us will have cl games to play.

Everyone's talking about the positives, but I am already dreading the one big negative that may haunt us for years/decades....

If Leicester go on to win, I have no doubt in few years time, some big hollywood studio would be making a movie.

To be honest, its a perfect script...

Striker from conference rags to ritches story, Albrighton & Simpson couldnt get a contract extension with Villa & Newcastle (those teams relegated now !). Son (Schmichael) who steps out of his father Shadow, old ridiculed manager who never won a major league title in his 30 years career winning one, talent who was picked out of obscurity turns world class & a bunch of journeymen who never did anything remotely remarkable.

When that movie happens, racist comments of Vardy may be forgotten, the Thailand sexcapades of certain players may not be included. Leicester would be shown as a rag team where a retired old man (may be Eastwood or Ford) would become their manager & take them to the title .

On the way, movie would show Spurs as the enemy, likes of Pochettino, Kane as the villain and find ways to show us in poor light. This is bound to happen , thats how Hollywood make their movies. That Huth header would be highlight of the movie shown in slow motion and scene would haunt us for years.
