With 3 games to go, Newcastle trailed Brighton by 7 points...

Just saying...

In other news, I saw a pig swoop past by my 4th floor window this afternoon!
I think they did a feature on that on the One Show earlier...

Just hope we don't do what we did at the end of last season after Leicester won the title. Massive game for the fans and players still on Sunday so I hope their head is still in it and we secure second.

The race that never truly was for the title is over. But we have more important matters to tend to on here. Like can we not smurf managers anymore? Backfired twice in a row.

chelscum fans are pathetic --- what are they talking about with their happened again chant?
that would make sense if we were ahead and bottled not where we were the only team to bother challenging a runaway leader that seemed to get all the breaks

They've unarguably been the best side in the League this year, just like Leicester were unarguably the best side in the League last year. Let's secure 2nd place for this year, and continue our trajectory from 3rd to 2nd to...

They're doing it to wind Spurs fans up. We would be no different if it was the other way round.

They're a lot more palletable with Conte in charge. Too soon?

I give praise to Conte, not Chelsea.

Very good manager and respectful to the competition as well whereas Mourinho, Klopp and Pep have been pontificating all season to deflect criticism. At least when Conte has lost he's fronted up and gives credit to the opponent.

Conte will have it harder next year with Europe to prepare for and he'll be expected to do well in the competition and this dressing room is volatile so if things go south that's a new challenge but he's done very well this season.

Excellent manager and he is a likeable character compared to Mourinho, Wenger and Klopp anyway, shame he manages them, he's got too much class for that club.

Despite being Manager of the year Chelsea massively benefited from no Euro football which also meant that they barely had any injuries this season, if Chelsea were in Europe I don't think they'd get near the title.
