if Chelsea were in Europe I don't think they'd get near the title.
I don't see what you're basing that on?
The intensity and the difficulty to cope with more than one comp that we've seen when teams play in Europe as opposed to teams not playing in it, there's evidence there which proves this theory correct.
Yeah I know that. I don't see why that means they wouldn't be "near the title". We had all that and ran them close.
It means they wouldn't have won the title...
Someone simply needs to mention that trip to St James's last May to the players. If that doesn't motivate them, they have no business being at a professional football club.Just hope we don't do what we did at the end of last season after Leicester won the title. Massive game for the fans and players still on Sunday so I hope their head is still in it and we secure second.
I think that's wishful thinking. They have a squad at least as strong as us. I see no reason why they couldn't cope and challenge.
If Chelsea lost Alonso for 3 months, Costa for 8 matches, Luiz for 2 months, Pedro for 5 months etc..Do you think they'd be where they are now?
I don't know. If people said the same about us earlier in the season and used Kane, Verts etc in their place they would say we would never challenge.
They're a lot more palletable with Conte in charge. Too soon?
Go take a massive dump on his lawn!
Only just seen how bald Conte was going before his three hair transplants... Now THAT is impressive
Although i fully expected chelsea to win the league after we lost to west ham its still awful to see it
I think despite the huge occasion on sunday players will be affected
he's a top manager and gotten them playing good football (much better than anything Maureen got them playing). Just a shame it's that puss bucket of a football club.
