After being one of the worst at conceding and one of the unfittest sides in the league just 12 months before with no major changes...

Right mate, of course they're doping, it can't just be that they have a different manager who's tactics just so happen to fit the playing squad perfectly. Come on, you sound silly.

If we manage to get second it will be a great achievement and one that I hope we can kick on from. That all said...if any team were going to finish above Arsenal, City, United, Chelsea and Liverpool and not win the title...it does seem destined that if would be us!

Sorry, but it's nothing to do with poor Spurs luck. Another team has been better at winning games than us.

And there are things we could have done to increase our chances of winning games. Such as had another CF in the squad. Or rotating the squad more in the EL earlier in the season. Or making more of our possession in the final third instead of poor decisions or poor execution.

We've been very good. Just not quite good enough.

I expect if I was a footballing god I would be sitting up there when we threw away a goal lead to Newcastle at home or a 10 man arsenal and be thinking, seriously what better chance can I give you??

Ask yourself at what point have we really put leicester under pressure?
It's nothing to do with external powers!

Either way (and it's looking less and less likely) it has been a great season.

More importantly though, I think we will keep everyone this season and be back with everyone a year older, wiser and more experienced and be well and truly in the mix again next season.

Post of the century. Comedy gold

You keep believing that it's impossible mate. You really don't like saying a bad word about them do you?

Do you really believe that in a business worth millions that doping is impossible?

Do you not question how a team with such average players with horrible fitness levels (second worst in the country last year) have somehow managed to become the second fittest and second most solid defence in the space of less than 12 months?

Ranieri isn't anything special mate at all. His career has proven that, what tactics has he introduced at Leicester that other teams haven't done 100 times over the years?

Stoke played the exact same way under Pulis and I didn't see them winning the league.

Could be 10 points ahead by the next time we play. I worry that our performances could suffer with the league out of sight.

Just praying we don't get complacent. If we finished third below Arsenal now it would be horrific
TBH we never acknowledged that we were in a title race always downplaying it

Sometimes watching the team, it has felt like it

So we shouldn't get complacent, we choked tbh we lost to west ham and let arsenal come back in to it

Sour grapes is exactly what that sounds like. They've won the league because they've found a way of not conceding and being probably the most clinical team in premier league history. Hats off to them, they deserve it.

But imagine if even just one of their players has been doping??? What would happen then?

I think we will finish behind Arsenal but we have to make sure 3rd (which would still be fantastic) is as low as it gets.

Leicester have taken loads of points off most of the teams below us (not Arsenal, admittedly). Yes it's gutting that they are above us, but they've also played their part in us being in this position in the first place.

We'd of all snapped hands off for 2nd back in August. Fair play to Leicester. I don't always like their playing style but they deserve to be where they are.

You may of not paid attention to Leicester, they have played some fantastic stuff however as soon as they realised they were in a title race they have been ultra defensive to win

Whereas we have looked tired and haven't really changed the way we play.

To overlook the stuff they did in the first half of the season would be wrong and tar them with the same brush as stoke

Would people here be moaning if we went ultra defensive to win the West Ham and Arsenal game and the Liverpool game?

Hell no, we would be celebrating our first title in 50 years

Why should it be considered a ridiculous conspiracy theory to believe that a few of their players are doping?

Football is a multi million pound business, people tell me the same when I suggest Refs are on the take but it doesn't take a genius to figure out where money goes corruption follows.

Sure Leicester may just be having the season of their lives and through a mix of luck and hard work have managed to get where they are but I find it very hard to believe given their situation 12 months ago.

How many times in history has this happened?

Koeman is fuming about the blatant penalties that weren't given, doesn't make any difference to this game and Leicester will just give him a big fuck you but hopefully referees will feel a little more under scrutiny until the end of the season.

I just hope this is their Devon Lock moment - they, their fans and every neutral think they have won it now - it might be the point they start to lose it. I can dream can't i?

We never really put enough pressure on them points wise or even in the media. No mind games from our side. Not saying it would of definitely had an effect but other clubs and managers would of definitely been ramping up the pressure on Leicester more. Sometimes I think we are too nice or nieve as a club.
