Actually, if he signs off with a win, no Chelsea fan would remember that. If he throws away the game & deny us the title (if we are still in running),from Chelski fans eyes that will be a better legacy than first scenario.
Agree. Terry and Chelsea to beat Leicester on the last day so we win the title ? That aint going to happen.

I think history could be on our side this Sunday. It's been noted amongst Leicester fans that their turn in fortunes began when Richard III was interred in Leicester Cathedral, but that spell could be about to end, as in 1485, Henry Tudor travelled with his army from South Wales to Leicestershire to take on the King's Power and took away his title. Hopefully history will repeat itself.

not sure if it's good or bad news, but Courtois is suspended for our game v Chelsea (2 game ban for 2nd red)

Has to be good news, doesn't it? One less player to call on at the end of a tiring season. Who knows what other injuries or suspensions they might pick up against Bournemouth or even in training over the next two weeks? Shameful, I know, but I'll take any luck that comes our way.

have you not watched his performances this season, he hasn't been that good too be honest. though Begovic hasn't done much either, hopefully he doesn't get sent off till the 10th minute v us:)

Also Chelsea have failed to keep a clean sheet at home since November and they will be coming up against the best attacking side in the league with us.

Was going to make a thread about it but I found this piece on Sky Sports quite interesting, it's about each clubs strengths and Weaknesses.

Interesting thing is, our "Weakness" isn't really even a weakness in that list. Leicester have a terrible pass percentage, I genuinely have no idea how they are where they are.

Because it only takes one accurate long ball out of 10 attempts to put Vardy through and it's a winning goal.

A Vardy a Vardy, my title for a Vardy?

Doesn't that just reflect how much of a hoofball team they are though? And how reliant they are on Vardy? If Vardy is facing a two game ban then you can only really see them drawing the next two at best.

And frankly whilst most are still debating it, if anybody is going to be doping in that team it is going to be Vardy let's face it.

Lots of people seem quite relaxed about the Chelsea game but it's the one I was most worried about when looking at our remaining games a few weeks ago. Probably for the same reasons as to why I was worried about the West Ham game. I know it sounds weird because we scored 4 but I hope we're not as wasteful as we were against Stoke come the Chelsea game, we won't stretch Chelsea for space like we did to Stoke.

They will find it much harder without Vardy, especially as Mahrez has been so quiet for them recently but one thing you can certainly say about them is that they're very well organised defensively. It's risky for them considering how we're chasing them but they only really need 1 goal to see a game out, as we all know.

I think they have been riding their luck defensively to be honest mate, against West Ham they were lucky to not be a goal down early in the game and their defensive tactics seem to rely upon manhandling offensive players which after last week will now be looked at every single time.

I think West Ham had their number and I think Swansea will set up to frustrate and hit them on the break and I doubt Leicester will be able to cope with it.

Vardy literally sets the pace for them in every aspect.

Did you see Chelsea against City? Very similar.

Whether we like them, or their style, Leicester has all the right pieces to be successful with that counter-attacking style.

They have two CBs who just clog the middle, they have a DM who is as industrious as any in the league - Kante plays his role as well as Dier plays his role, even if they are slightly different roles - Kante is more aggressive, and Dier is more passive. They have a keeper who is a good shot blocker, who also can boot the ball 3/4 of the field - immediately putting other defenses under pressure via the pace and technical skills of Vardy and Mahrez.

It may not be pretty, but it is effective - its not just hoofing the ball up. They have the right pieces to play that style, just as we now have the right pieces to play Poch's style.

Chelsea are going to be more scared of playing us than we are of them.

They've also only won one home game all year against sides outside the bottom four, and that was against Arsenal under Mourinho which is pretty much standard procedure.

In all honesty I don't expect anything much from Swansea. They have nothing to play for. It will be down to whether Leicester bottle it, which I think is a real possibility after the last few days. If we do manage to pick up 3 points on them this weekend I think they might fold.

hoof shoot goal, play one two with the moon, shoot goal. play 11 behind ball till ref blows full time whistle. rinse and repeat. fucking horrible to watch, but effective.
