In some ways, it makes you think this is why we sometimes play a more defensive style of play.

Doesn't translate to the premiership though. Where these same.players have excellent handling skills.... I think it's occasion & the system of play. And pure shock that they are actually getting the ball....

England don't know how to defend on the break. The coverage of opposing players is utterly woeful.

A shame for England fans as they started well. But the handling and missed tackles are handing the game to Scotland. Who don't even look that good to me, winger and kicker aside.

Has been this way for years now. Start matches on fire and take an early lead, then knock the ball on three times, concede a couple of penalties, then a try, and it all falls apart.

On the plus side. I predicted a 15+ win by Scotland and noone expected England to win anyway. Scottish fans need to chill though as they really aren't all that. England are just really poor as a unit.

What concerns me, is there doesn't seem to be any real signs of green shoots outside of the opening 20.

Can't think of another occasion where a team has put 30 points on the board having had so few phases in the opposition's 22. I can think of only one sustained period Scotland have been in there.

It was good to see England being a bit more expansive and I hope that continues, but with errors like that it doesn't matter what style a team plays to be honest.

I think England can beat France but not if that level of errors continues.

I accept Italy and Scotland have improved. Which is good. But they are still average at best. Overall, it's not a great standard, discounting Ireland.
