If it's true that their wage demands are the same then I'd probably agree with that too. He'd cost a lot less in transfer fee, knows our squad, has PL experience, and most importantly he's faster on FIFA

If you can guarantee that he'll put away more chances created for him, especially the ones on a plate, then yeah I'd go for Ade, it's clear he got on well with the whole squad, camaraderie and squad harmony is so important.

Any player who hasn't played in this league is a gamble, regardless of pedigree Ade is definitely the lowest risk option. That's not to say that I don't want us to go for Llorente, personally think he would thrive, but still a gamble.

Im in the minority that would rather have Adebyor than Llorente I think! Can't wait to have him back, fans liked him (eventually!), players loved him, he is incredibly fit, superb return with assists included and proven in the prem. that said I wouldnt say no to either.

seen him a couple of times on the early sunday games on espn, him and mertens(psv) impressed me. unless you want to shift central players like raf, sig and gio out wide, then the only cover we have for bale and azza considering we've already sold niko and pienaar is townsend and bentley. i see it as the biggest priority after strikers.

I too have priorities. Currently it's keeping this thread clear of stuff that's got fuck all to do with Spurs twitterings. There's a thread in the general football forum, please take this there and fill your boots. And remember......I'm currently wielding a 16"strap-on

I think Gio and Townsend are more than adequate winger replacements should Bale or Lennon get injured. In fact, I'm not entirely convinced Lennon will be starting on Saturday anyway. Got a feeling it might be Defoe and Gylfi, and Bale and VDV on the wings with Walker overlapping. I think between Lennon, Gio and Townsend we'll be fine.
