Pjanic is more of a CM in a 4-3-3 than one of the two holding midfielders in a 4-2-3-1. Still I think that would be an excellent signing, kid was really good on every occasion I've watched him, be it for Roma or Bosnia or Lyon.

I'm interested as to the fee though. he just moved to Roma last season and it's not like he's been left out this season by Zeman. So the point is I doubt he'll be coming cheap.

Maybe he wants to go.

I guess we want him to be a deep-lying passing midfielder (not sure if that's what he is). We don't normally need two players like Sandro in the middle but we have others who can do that if needed.

That takes a big sh*t on what ClubCall came up with earlier today:

His current club, Internacional, have said they are expecting a deluge of offers for Damiao once the Olympic football tournament has reached its conclusion.
However, they are in no hurry to sell as the Brazilan forward still has four years left on his current contract and Luigi has told Tottenham they will only sell their star man if the €60m buyout clause is met.
"I think it's very hard for the transfer to happen unless Tottenham pay the €60 million (£47m) buyout fee that is included in his contract," Luigi told O Jogo.
"Leandro Damiao has four more years on his contract. He is a very well paid player and has nothing to complain about. And we don't need to sell. We are a rich club with an enviable structure."

I prefer the Llorente news tbh...
This is quite old actually. Won't neg rep, cause you probably didn't know mate.

Is the italian journalist who tweeted the info about Pjanic well respected?

I looked at his tweets and he said AC Milan and Inter are swapping Cassano and Pazzini which seems odd.

I saw that on SSN info bar yesterday, saying that inter and AC were in talks over the swap deal.
