Poch & the coaches have massively improved Josh Onomah's defensive work.

He's always had great attacking flair and an ability to glide past opponents, but his positioning, tackling and intercepting now makes him a viable first team squad option at CM.

Hopefully Poch will now feel confident in selecting him in his natural position.
