Haaland at it again. A thunderbastard on the half volley from 20 yards against Norn Iron. Well worth looking out for.

Northern Ireland 1-3 Norway after 20 minutes. Sørloth with the third now after Elyounoussi (Celtic, on loan from Soton) and Haaland's strikes.

Sørloth is still technically a Palace player, after the season he's had in Turkey it's mad they aren't going to give him a second chance.

The Northern Ireland keeper is doing his best to look as much like Ian Walker as is humanly possible.

4-1 Norway, Sørloth again.

Northern Ireland are really really bad. Norway were piss poor against Austria but suddenly look like world beaters against this rabble.

Even with his left instep Haaland strikes the ball like it's a ballistic missile, perfect hit out of the keeper's reach.

And I'm not talking about the earlier goal, he just did it again a bit closer to goal for 5-1.

Wasn’t he linked to Real Madrid at some point?

Isn't everyone and their dog at sone point?

There were rumours Solskjær wanted him at United too but the deal with Trabzonspor is for another full season there, the loan hasn't been cancelled.

Zaniolo confirmed torn ACL. Lucky for him it was his good knee this time. Out until February
I guess that puts an end to our alleged pursuit.

Yeah, that was the other knee, so he's "lucky" it was the other knee this time and can still make recovery. 21 yrs old so he should be fine.

Are some players predisposed to have these types of injuries or is he just stupidly unlucky? Cos if it's the former it's hard to see any club gambling on him after the year he's had.

Actually, some studies says it could be familial predisposition and the female sex. Handball players have a bigger tendency to tear their anterior ligament because of their quick shift in play which have a massive impact on their knee. A lot of players have after their retirement claimed to be having health related issues due to the fact that they've torn ligaments several times and underwent operations to mend it back..

Easy goal for Spain. Reguilon's only on the bench so at least he's being a bit rested.

Hattrick from Haaland. Imagine if the pieces had fallen differently, and he played for England - him and Kane up top.

He would have never played for England even if he was eligible, the lad is Norwegian.
