Depends. They haven't just switched it up in Division A, they've moved everything up a notch and left seven minnows on their own at the bottom in Division D. I think this might have just as much to do with the fact that even Kosovo, North Macedonia and Azerbaijan find games against Malta and San Marino too easy, those bottom teams are that bad.

Why? The international dates are the same every season, might as well fill them with a tournament against decent opponenets instead of shit meaningless friendles or boring qualifiers against Malta and Azerbaijan.

with friendly’s they don’t play all the players every minute of every game all the time, and matches are not so intense. With Kane’s injury history it would be nice to know he won’t have to play near on 90 minutes every time he takes to the field.

It looked as though he was purposefully staying fully off, maybe a fingernail or shoelace was on though.

Is there no VAR in these games? as nothing during the game appeared to be looked at (although up until then there was nothing contentious)

The commentators didn't even mention it could be offside.

Players of the pitch still count for offside... Only when you have permission to be off the pitch does it not count...

If he was receiving treatment behind the goal then he would not count... But if he went off the pitch during play then he doesn't have permission so would still count as still classed as on the pitch...
