As I have said I believe the info is more than likely genuine and passed on in good faith. I'm not criticising the poster at all, I'm just pointing out that considering the source(a group of young players), a lot of that will just be their opinions.

Yes, and a lot of what comes from the "verified" ITKs will only come from a step in the ladder of football and can be just as wrong as a result of equally unintentional reasons. That's all I'm saying. Just a bit of fairness for the lad.

This forum has a rule that criticising ITKs is bad. That must be aplied across the board. If you're going to pick holes in another's information then, my personal opinion, I think maybe that's an unfair use of the pseudo celebrity status that comes with being an ITK. This forum has a clear rule about not laying into ITKs, and I think the fact that the mods saw fit to give this guy the benefit of the doubt means that he should be treated equally as the others. If I posted a comment now debunking your ITK info I would likely be warned or banned, and I think you know that. So, ya know, just a bit of fairness.

That would mean we were after 3 AM players before Toby. If that was the case, who was the other cabbage from Atletico? One went from unlikely after Alderweireld to now not happening.

Everyone knows the club want Schneiderlin. This is why Dembele wants reassurances.
Soldado is an absolute beast in training and never misses. The club are desperate for him to succeed - and noone can figure out what's wrong.
Jan Vertonghen is the most popular player in the squad - the Alderweireld deal was in part to improve the club and in part to keep Vertonghen happy (he's not been happy with his CB partners)

And one of the players there is a Soton player, who said that Schneiderlin doesn't want to move to United: because he wants to play 38 games in a season, not be one of 6 or 7 top class midfielders.
He misses Pochettino and his training methods, and he wants to move to London.
The Soton player told me that Schneiderlin will be a Spurs player."

His rating on your post would suggest not, but still interesting that the Schneiderlin signing has possibly had an effect on one of the "Cabbages".

I'm not into cabbages, but the riddle only talked about 2 players, no reason why 3 players couldn't be from the same club.

Can we be really that surprised? It's vastly different having a top target and dialogue and being the top destination.

Wasn't there some ITK that he would make his decision within this week? Well, this would seem consistent with that.

There is no doubt in my mind that JJ, Rob and A&C always read through these threads with immense enjoyment over us racking our brains and eventually complaining about fucking cabbages and the reason they wont release it yet is not only to maintain sensitivity but also because they're enjoying watching us go bonkers over cabbage

I don't understand, why was Mirallas (or McCarthy) off because we signed Alderweireld?

Firstly what I posted was not written on this forum, and was copied and pasted here from elsewhere. If it's not appropriate or fitting with this forum's rules it should be left where it is posted. I can not be responsible for other people posting what I write elsewhere

Secondly that post has been posted by the forum admin into the read only section so clearly it wasn't seen as a breach of the rules by A&C

And just so it's clear I will say it again I was not having a go at the poster in any way shape or form, and believe what he posted was what he had heard and was indeed posted in good faith.

Yay, back to cabbages.

I think one cabbage was a CB and the other was an attacker (guessing a wing forward) and not a CM. So imo is/was a CB and an attacker from the same club. If we could somehow bring in a wing forward who can also play CF and a CM (say McCarthy) I think we're good to go and probably as good as we can realistically hope to be.
