Crouch's first touch is very poor, at least Pav is capable of having a decent first touch, the problem is that he's very hit and miss with it.
This is the least correct thing I have read on this forum.

Has to be before 5pm as the 25 man squad needs to be in to the FA
What planet are you on? Crouch has excellent control, always has. Its just that he has the turning circle of an articulated lorry.
They're prob saying:
"Alright Daniel, you can have VDV, but as soon as the Sun forces us to sack Capello, we're having 'Arry."

The Premier League and the Football Association are different autonymous bodies. By all accounts the top brass at either can't stand each other.
What do you call a deer with no eyes? A no-eyed deer.
Good point, what if our 25-man squad isn't in by 5pm? Do we have to play with no players? Or will it be like a tombola where the FA pick our squad by pulling raffle tickets from an ice cream tub?
Other than VdV I'd have thought our squad picks itself doesn't it?
Don't want this to become a 'name our 25' thread but we can't have that many more than 24 21+ year olds.
What do you call a deer with no eyes and no legs?
Still no eye-deer
City are probably assembing their legal team right now - like a pack of vulchers - getting ready to scrutinise the PL's decision or at least put pressure on them!!mg:
You wouldn't put it past them!
I'd be very surprised if any team made a challenge. Never know when they might need a bit of leeway themselves. Every window has one of these 'late' deals and, let's face it, there's a better than even chance that Man City will be involved in one before long given they're responsible for approximately 73% of all Premier League transfers these days.
