I dunno, if Madrid can steel up their midfield, stop playing so deep and get some men forward, get three goals, they go through but they're going to have to stamp on Torres and Gerrard, and Cannavaro has been getting stuck in too on the defence.

Surely, if that booking was as the commentators say, for him kicking the ball away, the ref could see that Mash was at full steam and was already swinging his leg when the whistle went?

Ref is a spaz and he's spoiling what could be a good game still, if he hadn't given that dumb penalty.

Been impressed with Diarra though - he's worked well with both Sneijder and the man on his right, but been the only one giving it any effort otherwise in the middle.

Cant stand Chelsea but Essien really is a beast. If there was one player i could have at spurs it would probably be him...having him and Palacios in the middle would make me sex wee.
