All Hud needs to do is show thats he's good enough to start big games, then he can confidently be used and dove tailed with other CM options depending on the opposition. He's doing that.
Matched up agsint 3 or 2 cm's Hud and Wislon have won thier battles so far.

On Sunday agasint west ham, hud's going to have noble and parker and probably Dyer making up a central 3 A similar 3 in style to the the 3 at liverpool, on paper a worse 3but i think they will show more heart and fight then the Liverpool boys showed. It will be tough, there no doubting it will be thier biggest test.

I think he's seasons ahead of Carrick. I love his forward passes. No side-to-side shit for him.

exactly. always looking to make a forward pass if its available and actually has the talent to execute it. top draw player

exactly. the strikers runs are actually spotted when he plays. i hate seeing sideways passes when a nice one in to feet on the edge of the box is all thats needed.he is a lane legend and hopefully others will realise it.

he is the way forward

dare i say that we've looked arsenal-esque in these two games

the hudd's precise passing has been a big reason we've been able to let the pace loose.

teams chasing a goal have will struggle to pin us back if they're scared of the ball over the top, or the swift break. now we can do both.

I just think Huddlestone's quite unique, an exceptional talent. Yes his lack of pace stands out like a sore thumb when exposed and can leave a lasting physiological effect in peoples minds. As we see so much brainless footballers with athleticism chasing after there own mistakes it lovely to see artists.

He makes the game look so piss easy his work is passed off as show boating.

Building a team around Tom Huddlestone is a question I've posed before, he along with Modric are the sort of players to build around, with the added steel of players like Palacios.

Would be happy to stick with Huddlestone and Palacios for most of the season, but would still like a back up for both someone like Kacar, Vertonghen or Bodmer please.

Seeing that photo of him glowering down at Goldilocks with that 'Something to say to me, sunbeam?' expression suggests that he may be overcoming one of the main criticisms—that he's too nice a guy to use his size.

No more Mr Nice Guy, Tom. Unleash the hidden Fellaini!

I think Hudd said in an interview that he'd never been in a fight before? Not that I'm saying he should start taking lessons from Joey Barton or something, but I'd love it if his attitude became more aggressive and determined on the pitch.
