What the hell was that? How is that inspiring? Whilst I agree with most of what he said I am not sure that is how you motivate a dressing room?

i loved it personally, i like that he's prepared to ruffle a few feathers rather than be all nicely nicely about eveything, especially after we've just lost 4-0.

sorry I disagree, the buck stops with the players, they came for big money, earn big money and can't keep making shocking decisions on the pitch, i've lost count the number of times they've let us down this season, Norwich beat us on desire for a start, why shouldn't he give them a kick up the arse, most of them clearly need it, sick of all the talk from players like dawson saying how we are going for 4th, do it on the pitch not in an article

That was a man speaking from the heart, telling it like it is. These guys are paid thousands of pounds a week, we lack character and fight. Never mind wrapping them up in cotton wool and be worried about how they react! they need a good fucking kick up the arse. Boo hoo they are so hard done to

You could see the hurt in his face. The players aren't giving him and most importantly the fans enough on the pitch. What do you want him to say? Lie and tell us the players gave it their all when they clearly didn't? I'm hoping this sorts out the men from the boys in the dressing room.
