Appreciate what he has done for us but at the moment he seems to have taken his eye off the ball either through the England job or/and the tax stuff and it is rubbing off on the players, they have lost their mojo and we are drifting without leadership, Harry has made a series of frankly bizarre tactics and formations recently not to mention his dithering over new players in Jan.

Time for a younger hungrier manager ?

What a bright idea, upset the whole club, once again, just because we lost today !!!!!!!! For heaven's sake get a grip of yourself, 'Arry is the best thing, along with Levy, thats happened to this club in 30 years.

No. But I do think at half-time his plan for the second half was to sit back, let Real Madrid have possession and try not to concede another goal rather than trying to keep hold of the ball, play a bit of football and give Real Madrid something to worry about.

It is not about today, well not a lot but it is about events since the start of the year, the fiasco in the transfer market, our alarming loss of form since the year began, the constant wanting the England job, not able to motivate the players any more.

I am grateful to Harry for what he has done but he has taken us far as he can, is being found out now

No, but he needs to show his worth now that he's up against it.

We've been very poor for a good while now. None of our strikers scoring is criminal coaching and we're not able to rely on individuals like Bale and VDV to create magic and get our poor performances out of jail.

When players like Rooney are off colour, managers like Ferguson are able to find a way for the team to grind a result. We need that kind of management now. I believe Redknapp has it in him somewhere, he's just gotten complacent.

Time to start earning your money again Harry.

If it's true that he doesn't worry about strategy or tactics and just tells the players to 'go do your best' then of course it will get exposed at the highest level.

You can bet that Madrid's players knew all about our strengths and weaknesses, where we've been exposed previously, etc.

See how things look at the end of the season.

It's hard to deny that the team looks unmotivated at the moment, and his recent formations and selections have been frankly bizarre.

There's a lot to be said for stability, but we're only going to get another season from Harry at best so I don't think the board would be acting completely unreasonably in looking at other options.

I'm slowly starting to feel this way also.....

But he deserves our faith, he's done a lot for the club. At the moment though I am worried about his management.

Let's hope he pulls it together this weekend. Otherwise voices will start to gather against him.

C'mon 'Arry forth is still for the taking.

P.S
My main problem is his failure to act during the January transfer window, but his squad selections have been at times clueless.

I'm not sure it's knee jerk, more a case of weeks of bemoaning the same old issues, the same old problems that are there to see for everyone and then a humiliating mauling infront of the watching world bringing these thoughts to a head.

I've been questioning Redknapp for a good while now, he's been complacent and he's looking lost at the moment now that he has a few of his 'stars' off form. That said, I'm not ready for him to go yet.

Premature (if thats the right word to us) reaction this thread... we need to know our level on a supporter level- quarter final of CL first ever season isn't bad.

What we should not do is over react with silly suggestions of Harry leaving, remember his also learning about this level tactically (imo he has the intelligence to adapt imo) seriously lets be honest Arry done a fab over all job so far.

With additional strikers huddlestone in the team we can only get better.

Clearly it requires exceptional genius to devise your plan to "keep hold of the ball". Sounds so simple. You are truly blessed with great insight.

Make sure to let Levy know of your availability should he tire of Redknapp.

Well, we all expect one of the mongrel supporters to come along with this shit.

Let's see.

Save team from relegation - check
Get them to Champions League - check
Get them to the knock-out faze - check
Meanwhile making a push to return - check
Make sure they beat the richest team in the universe with 10 men for 65 minutes - EPIC FAIL

Fire Harry - Rape his Dogs - Salt the Earth of the Southern Coast
