I agree with Mr Perky.
Perhaps he should add the occasional dragback to his game. A nutmeg here and there and the odd keepy-uppy wouldn't go amiss either.
I'd settle for the drag back, they look cool

Agree with this but its time for a rest.
When the front 5 are scoring, Paarker looks immense, however when we are struggling to score he becomes more frustrating as it illuminates his lack of attacking vision and end product. I am getting fed up of him but as a DM hes brilliant. We need to ensure that we realise that if the attacking players did their job Parker would be loved again.
What are you saying then, that he should be rested because (like what Mr.P said) he looks tired? Or because you don't think he does enough in an attacking sense? One would suggest, like you originally said, dropping him when the other would suggest 'resting' him.
Whether he's dropped or rested he's not going to suddenly start scoring goals or getting more assists because of it.
But having vision isn't really what Parker is in the side for....when we have the likes of VDV and Modric, we have an abundance of craft and creative talent on the pitch...
So basically if they're failing to break down ten men behind the ball, Parker gets the blame...hmm, not sure how on earth that's a balanced way to look at it.
Look, in the first half the season he was playing forward passes not just his trademark 5 yard pass, whereas now he plays 5 yard passes and trys to get forward and make something happen at which he fails everytime.
His performances merit between a 6.5 and 7 every game, not the end of the world I know and I feel Sandro or Livermore could do a better job.
Maybe its not tiredness I dont really know but what I do know is that the last 6 weeks watching Parker has frustarted me.
Parker doesn't really get the ball quickly enough to the creative players. Instead of playing a simple 10 yard pass forward to the AMs which is what we want him to do he passes backwards even when their are easy options forward. This allows the opposing team to push up and negate the space. If we had a better passes in CM we could get the ball more quickly to the Rafa and Modric and catch teams in transition from their attack to defence.

I see what you're saying but I just don't really think it's right to judge his whole game on how adventurous his passing is. That's where Palacios failed in my opinion, he tried too much and as a result gave the ball away too often, he was much better when he kept it simple.
In Palacios first 6 month at the Lane his passing was extremely cultured but thats another debate
Yep, they don't even stop and think why, when he was healthy and injury free he always, without fail, started the big games for yanited. Probably the first name on the team sheet. It's amazing that so many people watch football, but don't actually watch football.
The same people are the ones that think Darren Fletcher is shit.

Darren Fletcher is a dynamic midfielder.
Scott Parker is a very efficient midfielder that isnt playing as well as he was in the first half of the season.
Its not a crime to ask more from a footballer is it?
