Telemetry device. Measure HR, GPS, workload and some other factors. Good way to gauge how much effort and work the players have put into practice and devise

A) A recovery routine for each individual player
B) Added fitness work for a player ( if they feel the session was not challenging enough for them ).

Strikes a very good ball from what I have seen. Really hope he makes it, would love for us to have a home grown striker. For some reason unknown to myself GK and ST are the 2 positions I really want us to have a Englander (which is why I want us to sign Jack Butland as no 2).
