Sorry for my bad english by the way. the info into some BG medias is that Tottenham may go after Marcus Reus instead of Nedelev. I do not believe that this is ITK...probably they are just quoting some foreign media.

Wouldn't worry. If we go for Reus, we'll be back for Todor soon enough.

Arsenal and Mainz 05 also have interest in Todor (if we believe our media)

IMO this is just crap and the only competitive offers are from Tottenham and Werder. And as much as I would like to see him play in Bremen, Botev are more inclined to sell him to the Spurs as it is the bigger offer.

Todor NeverRed wouldn't dream of joining Arsenal.

Not a chance in hell of signing Reus, though if we did I think my head would just explode. I think he is one of the classiest players in Europe and potentially world class.

BREAKING; Arsenal have signed Bulgarian striker Todor Nedelev from Botev Plovdiv for €3m. http://www.tuttomercatoweb.com/serie-a/esclusiva-tmw-roma-no-del-botev-per-nedelev-c-e-l-arsenal-478119 … #AFC {via Tuttomercato}

Edit: can't find anything else to confirm it though.

This is bullshit. Until he smiles in front of the camera with the Gunners' jersey, I won't believe it.

His price is set at 6 mil Euro and Roma is the first team with an official offer of 4 mil which is refused. They can't just let him go in Arsenal for 3 mil. Plus that Wenger is inadequate in the transfer market, he'll end up buying a 16 year old kid from Benin, we all know him.

Sochaux also joined the hunt.

Botev's GM already said that they are currently negotiating on an offer, but he'll refuse to say the name of the team before everything is finalised.

Not even sure he'd make it in the EPL but arsenal nicking him from under our nose would grate with me.

It makes sense that he will go somewhere else though. The Roma stuff surrounding the Lamela deal suggested that Ljajic and Nedelev were Roma's potential replacements for Lamela. We were linked with all 3. Sounds like the transfer window domino effect. We get Lamela, Roma get Ljajic, Nedelev no longer required by either of us so goes to team C, whether or not that is Arsenal remains to be seen but what I am sure of is that of those 3 he is the least desirable.

I love this board sometimes.

"He's obviously no good because no other teams are in for him."

"What? He signed for someone else?! Levy is totally incompetent and takes too long on transfers."

There is a sort of a Bulgarian news agency, which has a standard as "high" of the ones of "daily star" and "the sun", which is reporting that Nedelev is in Salzburg now and is negotiating terms with Red Bull Salzburg.

Weird if we've given up on him after Baldini going to scout him.

Worried as we've targeted 3/4 quality upcoming youths but not secured one as of yet?

Perhaps Baldini thought he wasn't the right player for us at this time.

Our Bulgarian members are suggesting he has lots of potential, isn't at a high enough level to start for us in the PL, and needs regular playing time to develop. Baldini may have come to the same conclusion.

Maybe we're taking Valon Berisha from Red Bull Salzberg who can play as an AM/CM. Not the same positions really but I like Berisha. Forced full circle, y'all.

I told you his level is way bellow the Premier league and Spurs. Good luck to him in Red Bull.
