Having read through most of the threads recently and seen all the games I will say this.

If we come in the bottom 3 and are relegated , if we survive by the skin of our teeth and stay in the EPL , if we push on to mid table or if we assemble a squad that can challenge at the top I will always and forever be Spurs.

Not so sure about some on here.

I think most people who go out of their way to sign up and continuously post on a club forum could be classed as true supporters. Why bother going to the effort of voicing your opinions on the players performances, transfer targets or match results if you didn't really care about the club?

Good God, the mans right! After all these years of following Spurs, the money Ive spent on tickets, shirts and memberships, the fact I'm a shareholder (admittedly only 1!) and on the season ticket waiting list, if we go down its all been pointless! How can I possibly support them if they don't play Premiership football?

I think zx is confusing people being unhappy about Spurs being relegated with people disliking the club if they weren't in the Premiership.

Let's be clear, there are a number of plastic fans at Spurs, but not significantly more or less than every club. But they're not real supporters. I think Mike I is absoutely right (rep coming your way dude) - with exceptions made for WUMs and other club's fans (there are a couple), there is no-one on this site who doesn't love Spurs with all their heart.

There are people who I've had disagreements with (some of them heated to say the least), but I woud never question their loyalty to the club. In fact, I think being accused of it is incredibly insulting and should be quashed at every opportunity.

I love Spurs, you love Spurs, we all love Spurs. That's the long and the short of it.
