I suppose some people just have a sense of style.I dont buy kits for myself, i buy them for my lad, and i'd much rather the kit looked half decent for the money they cost.

Could be worse. Could be a Liverpool kit. Their current one isn't terrible, but fuck me, some of those Warrior ones were absolute pony.

Not sure why so many grown men get so worked up about what kit the team will be wearing?? Weird

Not sure anyone is getting worked up though are they? This is a Spurs forum, it's where we discuss stuff about the club.

After all, the kit that the club wears is part of our identity, it's hugely important in that sense and it's part of how we represent ourselves all over the world. Equally, the shirt needs to be something that the fanbase likes so that people go out and buy it. It's another revenue stream for the club, again globally, so really I'm not sure why you would think it's not important.

Pretty sure the deal is that we sell the rights to Nike (or whoever) and they sell the shirts. We get the money from them each year as agreed and they get the profits from selling as many shirts as possible.

It's not that simple, there's a split on profit from shirt sales which depends on which outlet you buy the shirt from.

Almost certain the Nike logos were there because the team from Hong Kong has them as their kit manufacturer.
So they do, and Canon.

In fairness, the tweet had absolutely no context. It looks like a Spurs press conference but no indication of where - should have guessed as Ledley is there and he's always on the road/in the air.

Pics also on the OS twitter. Nike are the sponsor for the team we are playing.

Someone was looking at the stadium loan agreement yesterday, and found this, which seems to confirm we've signed with Nike (although we know this already):

Nike & Nike Football. If they don't sponsor the Stadium they will have massive presence there.
