It’s getting to the point where you can’t have your cake and eat it tooEvery person who has voted yes.. I get it. Years of under achievement and concern that we will be left even further behind if and when QSI and similar invest elsewhere.
I desperately want Levy and ENIC gone. Have done for years as they’ve taken the soul of our club away.
But I’d just walk away from the game altogether if these people infiltrate our club.
Same here. My dad is 72. It would be great for us to go to a cup final and win.I’ve been going with my old man, probably 600 or so games since early 90s. Been up and down the country and all over Europe, it’s cost us thousands and huge amounts of time away from our families. All I have to show for it is 2 league cups. He’s not getting any younger, we’ve been so close a couple of times. I want to see some real success with him whilst we are both still able to go together
That's probably good for you but I'd imagine there are a lot of fans, myself included, who can't just walk away from our club.Every person who has voted yes.. I get it. Years of under achievement and concern that we will be left even further behind if and when QSI and similar invest elsewhere.

It's not peoples morals that are going out of the window FFS.Nah, they can fuck off. Funny how many people's morals go right out of the window when it's us eh..

Don't be so fucking stupid.I honestly think we've got some supporters who would lob a homosexual off a building themselves if they thought we'd get league cup out of it.
If you just remove building from your paragraph, I think I probably would consider it just for a win on Sunday.I honestly think we've got some supporters who would lob a homosexual off a building themselves if they thought we'd get league cup out of it.
Champions League then.Don't be so fucking stupid.
That's just a distasteful thing to say, let alone about fellow fans on many levels.Champions League then.
Ah fuck you!If you just remove building from your paragraph, I think I probably would consider it just for a win on Sunday.

Not funny and not clever.
It's comments like that that are swinging me towards the investment, if only to get such ignorant drivel off this site.
That's just it, I haven't made my mind up or voted in the poll yet because I'm honestly torn. What moral fibre.
It's distasteful but I’m clearly saying it to make a point. How much different is turning a blind eye to something because you get something you want as opposed to doing something by your own hand.
I think it’s closer than many want to admit.
They, as in ENIC, haven’t actually “spent plenty”, or even any, on the stadium. They used Tottenham’s status, prestige, properties and on field success(little as it was because there was no net spend on transfers) to get low interest loans to finance capital improvements to the stadium and training ground. By doing so they increased the valuation of the club and therefore enhanced their potential profit. They have spent plenty on the stadium and infrastructure. The main issue is we want them to spend now on football so we can succeed. Trouble is ENIC is more than just about Spurs. I think they suited us at a time where we needed stability and to build the infrastructure. Now our needs are to build on that with on field success. I don't think Lewis has as much interest in that. They're not likely to just bankroll our transfer window and take a hit. They will always invest because its what they do. Now feels like the right time for them to cash in on their investment and for us to move on with new owners who want to win titles. Aside from the Northumberland project and building around the new stadium I'm not sure there's anything left for ENIC at this club.
