Honestly, I used to ignore stats, but after watching Moneyball, I keep paying attention to them and sometimes they really do tell the story. Dawson has won me over, even though I'm excited about Caulker for the future, Dawson has improved massively too. I'm guessing he's also been picked to defend set pieces vs mertesacker or giroud. It's nice when you actually have to struggle to pick your first team because they're all getting better.
