Been a couple of occasions that have really highlighted the lack of width we have. Twice a ball was played into space on the left and Davies was either too slow to get to it or was too slow when he received it. As much as we'd like to think we'd be fine without Rose, we really wouldn't be.

Of course, that's true, but Walker and Rose were involved in countless games that played out like this one is. We're going to win this game. Everyone needs to chill the fuck out. Neither Rose, nor Walker are known for taking men on. They rarely did. I think peoples memories are skewed on this.

This is quiet boring to watch. Dembele and Dier is so very wrong in games like these. I wan't a proper 8, Dembele is just not doing enough in games like these - for me.

@Bus-Conductor it's the same issue through the middle as last season. Thoughts? Eriksen is seemingly dropping back occasionally but it seems pedestrian.

Another season so slow out of the blocks. Pedestrian, lackadaisical, we need our defence to run with the ball, not just pass it sideways. We're so back heavy. Looking at Liverpool playing they have such a dynamic attack

I don't follow that argument. At the end of last season when we were tonking teams we were playing tippier and Davies.
