AVB isn't the brilliant "man manager" everyone is saying. They are only saying he's a genius cause of the winning streak right now.

Fact is: Siggy, Holtby, Dempsey, Defoe, Adebayor have struggled all season with getting integrated, with teamplay, they have all tried too hard at times. Lucky everything is clicking now cause it's certainly not down to the manager.

Since when was everyone saying this? Most people said this was the weakest part of his management skills and something he'll have to improve on.. Nobody's perfect

Most comfortable win of the season? Well we oozed class, and what a lovely and calm performance after last weekend.

Tough call for MOM, but the contenders are either Parker or Lennon for me, for both their outstanding defensive contribution and their attacking. Parker probably shades it just for that run at the end trying to get on the end of Bale's ball.

The whole team deserves it though, as that was such a great team performance.

I tried ignoring that Dempsey character but that last post tipped me over the edge, so now on ignore.

Great performance no negatives at all

i must say after watching this game i can only conclude that AVB's coaching is inspiring. to say that the lads were well drilled would be an understatement. each player knew exactly what they were doing and what it meant for the team. tonight we showed europe just exactly we're made of. in the battle of the andres AVB came out on top

You could argue that but you have to be a half decent manager to get your team on a winning streak right?
I won't even say that much .Take Jonathan Wilson's article every Spurs fan has been wanking over. AVB's brilliant formation switches and whatnot.... anyone that has followed Spurs knows this is spin, considering injuries caused the switch from 4-4-2 to 4-2-3-1, injuries cased this form, this brilliant play, completely coincidental.

Just how Mourinho "got the better of Ferguson" this week, it's just trash journalism, trash spin by the fans, when the truth is much simpler. But people don't want to see that and want to think everything is fine, which is their right to do.

Defoe is frustrating but he's still a dangerous player, and I prefer to see him having a go. Good to have him back.

Why does Gareth Bale talk like a 14 year old??

Kind of reminds me of the swimmer Michael Phelps... They both have this child like innocence, come across almost oblivious to what's going on :)
